Very cool place, however, we bought a coffee table and the very nice owner informed us it would be ready to pick up Monday. We drove the almost hour to get it and when we got there he informed it would not be ready for pickup until the next day. Needless to say this would peev anyone, especially when a simple phone call would have made it ok. Unfortunately we won't be giving them any business because of this.

I have been a long time customer. Purchased two beds, media consoles, tables, chairs, coffee tables, etc… over the years. Loved this store!!I purchased a large wooden bed for about $2400 a few years ago. It’s been in two moves. Last move I noticed the foot board was coming lose! Therefore making the bed dangerous to sleep in!I reached out, the owner, Jack, told me they would be happy to pick it up and repair, he was going to call back and schedule but never did. I reached back out and spoke with Jaime, she confused me with another customer at first and thought it was a repair already scheduled and waiting for pick up (***therefore this is something they do***). I explained the issue again and she was happy to help, and get it scheduled and picked up to take to El Paso where they do repairs. She never got back to me. I reached back out, again, this time she tells me they are not able to do the repair due to concerns on transporting it, but she suggested finding a local repair company, which she didn’t have any names, but told me to try an “internet search.” They clearly just DON’T WANT to do the repair for me.So, I’m left with a beautiful, poorly made, $2400 bed that is dangerous to sleep in and unusable. I’m extremely disappointed. I loved this store so much people gave me gift cards as gifts. So be aware, it’s beautiful but if something happens to your expensive piece, they won’t help, even though they said they would, and then suggest you do an internet search as a viable solution. I’m really upset with them and can no longer recommend them.

We had a a great experience buying our new furniture here. The service was excellent they helped us find exactly what we were looking for and were very friendly. The uniqueness and quality of the furniture is unbeatable and worth every cent. We will be returning very soon.
