I didn't use the I phone repair but go here for my state vehicle inspections. All of the staff is super friendly and it is quick service.

After they repaired my phone it functioned but randomly my phone would be typing and doing it’s own thing and I had to constantly lock it and unlock it for that issue to go away. Plus you could tell the screen was cheap because my finger tips wouldn’t glide smooth through the screen it felt like it was some sort of cheap hard rough plastic.

(I went to the location on the East Side) The specialists were so helpful and courteous. They were the only repair shop that would take in my IPad Air 3. Their prices are fair and the explain the breakdown of the price. They had to order parts for my repair, but it came in the next day and they got to work on it immediately. I was able to pick it up the same day. Wonderful customer service! Also, their location (again, the East side one) is not what's on the website. See the picture!

DO NOT COME HERE! I went to get my phone fixed and when they gave it back I noticed some touch issues on the screen but I thought maybe that was due to the fact that I cracked it and I messed up the motherboard and only got the screen repaired. After a while I finally took off the case I had on my phone and I noticed that my screen was literally lifting up from my phone! I went back and the man told me “why don’t I just keep my case on” -well because I paid for it to be fixed! I don’t want my screen falling off my phone! He then proceeded to tell me if that he wasn’t going to take “responsibility” for the mistake but he would do me the “ courtesy“ of gluing the screen back down, not even 24 hours later my screen went black with green lines. Now I had to spend even more money getting it fixed somewhere else. Do not come here they use cheap materials, they will not fix your phone correctly, and the staff is very very unprofessional(just look at the review replies from the owner!!) . If I could give them zero stars I would, spend your money elsewhere.

DO NOT COME HERE !!! Got my daughters phone “ fixed” on the 2nd and on the 9th her screen went blank , brought it back and he refused to honor the warranty or just look inside my phone to check the issue . Due to a small scratch on her screen protector . Then I brought it to his attention that the screen was bulging out of the phone and could be the reason for the phone not working , and he said it could be that the battery isn’t good but failed to mention anything at the time I initially brought it in to get it serviced . I brought my phone to CPR and they offered to just look inside the phone before they fix anything and showed me that there wasn’t anything wrong with the battery, in fact my battery was at 91% and nothing was wrong with the screen on the phone only that he placed it on incorrectly! Not sure if it was on purpose or an mistake but either way he refused to check it himself .
