The seats in theatre 12 do not recline, making sitting upright uncomfortable, and the back row is particularly hard. The IMAX screen sometimes appears blurry, likely due to projector alignment problems. Concession stands can be inconsistent, with some machines down and prices high. Payment options are limited to credit or debit cards, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Despite these concerns, the theater remains a popular choice for movie nights.
It has been years, since i visited this theater. I would like to thank Angelina for her patience and help. She was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had a good movie experience. Overall, clean, comfortable, great snack options, and very friendly and helpful associates. A+
