I wouldn't recommend a storage unit to nobody I have a storage unit with this company my due date is on the 2nd they put a red padlock on my on my storage unit on the 4th cuz I was 2 days late even though I only owe $40 they didn't let me know about the policy they don't give you no information on all about any type of policy as far as late fees are the lockouts ,I'm still waiting on a call back from HR or a supervisor they have no consideration for the customer or what they're going through they put a red lock on my storage unit after 2 days of late fee and told me oh well .. very very bad customer service, no courtesy whatsoever
