Need new mobile carts for disabled people, you all have broken ones that don't work. I would give 5 stars but 3 will do for now until you get new mobile carts

First time here. I'm looking for gravy and chicken broth. Ran into 2 employees, an older lady and a young man in produce. Neither couldn't help me or tell me where to find the products. Worst customer service when you're from a different part of El Paso.

Rude staff. They gave like 10 people in the kitchen, no orders, stood there for like 15 min with no help. Asked for help and they would tell someone else who would also not want to help.

Such good produce and they have a bakery! Really good Mexican bread. Good variety of cheeses, canned goods, etc. Fun place to shop.

We ordered half a pound of brisket at the hot foods counter. And the stupid cashier gave us caldo de pollo. She was also in a hurry to get us out. She must have really been in a hurry because it's pretty hard to mix up beef brisket with soup!Besides inattentive cashiers, the store has gone down in quality since reopening. It's disorganized, kinda dirty, and the music is TOO LOUD! It's a store, not a quinceańera. One last time, how the hell do you mistake beef brisket for chicken soup? ?♂️

If you're looking for a taste of Mexico without having to cross the border, this grocery store has a little bit of everything. The deli has fresh made tortillas, hot meats, burritos and the refreshing aguas frescas. Their counters are not clearly marked as to what line is for meats or beverages, no dividers or markers. Aside from the slight unorganized lines. This is a go to place if you're looking for 'mandado' the other stores don't have. *Just be aware in the parking lot. Lots of beggars during the day*

I'm a noodle is great the only thing that I don't like is the food handlers are not wearing gloves when they handle the money and the food. We brought it to the manager's attention but it fell on deaf ears. The same people we complained about were the same people that were not wearing gloves the following weeks. The fruit and vegetable Department excellent and the sweet bread not too far behind. I purchased a threes leches birthday cake which was delicious.

This place takes for ever for everything. I had to wait thirty minutes with only two people in front of to finally get to the register and checked out. They always only have about two cashiers open on the busiest of time. The lines are always super long. Went for two things and spent most of the time in line to check out.

I had a friend tell me about this grocery store and I was very pleased to find that the meat prices are amazing and so is the selection range. They also carry tons of fruits, sausages, seasoned prepared meats, seafood, and cheeses. I had just a couple of things on my list that I I had to get elsewhere but I'm not even mad. I saved about $90 in groceries.

Sweet bread is always good. Cashier was rude to customer behind us, didn't want to help after putting close sign as he arrived. Male cashier looked like he was in a bad mood!

Awful they were doing the parking lot with tar to fill in the cracks. They should have done this at night knowing that people would be shopping for weekend of memorial day. Then the carts would lock up at the end of the store, so there were several carts locked up and you could not move them and I use a walker. My husband had to pick them up my the handle and move them out of the way so I could pass and he is 78 yrs old.

A variety of sweet bread , homemade tortillas, aguas frescas (melon) was "AMAZING!!!" Also have a kitchen inside where u can order things like tacos, burritos and even sit there to enjoy your food. I also saw fresh pre-packaged sandwiches including a soda and chips. I saw some delicious cut fruit and salads. They have fresh salsas including one made with the molcajete. Yummy!! Did I forget to mention they even have Jarritos and if you're looking for anything that is Mexican / Hispanic that's a place to go to! Overall, I do recommend you to go to El Super!

I called to get prices for cakes, birthday cakes to be specific, but I was told it is company policy not to give prices out over the phone. I asked if I could at least get a range in prices and was told, “No.". WHAT?? I was stunned. She was polite about it, though. From what I've read in other reviews, bad attitude is a problem at this store. I should've asked if that policy is only for the bakery department or just specifically for cakes cause that's a very odd company policy for a store. I don't want to drive out of my way to be surprised by the price of an item. Guess I'll take my business where I can at least get an estimate on a price. Too bad, cause we've had their Tres Leches cake and it was delicious.
