My experience with my pedicure was horrible! Asked to stop said it was part of it âgetting dead skin offâ no customer service skills. Same with my full set got scratched and bled just like the pedicure. Also, always confirm price. A certain style is its own price and nail length even if short. Overall messy work and lack of customer service.

Its easy to make an appointment on the website; they are super fast in taking you in for a service. They do a good job on the service. My reason for a 3 star is because they upcharge you without telling you. I had booked the regular pedicure, which includes nail polish of your choice. They ask if you want any additional service at the beginning, I said just the regular pedicure. The upcharge comes with the polish, I asked for a color, he said he didn't have it but showed one similar, I agreed. For the nail polish, the technician did gel polish, which I didn't think anything of it since I clearly never asked for any upgrades, just regular spa pedicure. When its time to pay, it was a $15 upcharge for gel. Never asked for it, was never told it was an upcharge. Very shady practice. Just for that, I wouldn't recommend and would not go back.

Vanessa was absolutely amazing! Gave me the best, most quality experience I didnât even realize I hadnât had in awhile till I went w her! She completely turned my day around! The spa was clean and good vibes for the most part. Looking fwd to seeing Vanessa in the future.
