The experience was very smooth. There was no hassle or getting with the Manager to have answers. Having the price of car listed and being within the reasonable price with Blue Book makes purchasing the vehicle easy. Great customer service.

Bought a truck from enterprise car sales, in El Paso,tx, needed new front brakes the 1st month, going into the 2nd month rear driver side tire was always getting low air pressure, went today to discount tire and they recomend i change 2 of the 4 tires cuz thier balding, sucks that enterprise says they get checked by a certifies mechanic before sales, but wasted more than i needed to in the first 2 couple of months, horrible and i dont even have a 2nd set of keys

It took them three months to cut me my second key. I finally had it done after I called and complained. After two of their dealers kept giving me excuse after excuse that I needed an appointment. Didn't seem like that was the case because when I complained I got it that day. Now I'm in a vehicle with a battery who has died five times since purchasing in August. I love the vehicle, but the guys at Roadside Assistance and I are on a first name basis now.Subaru's battery coverage is 3 years and 30,000 miles. Somebody let Tim know, so he's not giving out false information.

My salesman was excellent. The customer service was great. Hugh was very knowledgeable about the car. I’m very satisfied with the purchase. The only thing is, I haven’t received my title and registration yet. This Friday will be 3 weeks since I purchased the car.

Best car purchase experience ever.It went so well I bought a second I'll be purchasing all my vehicles from Enterprise in the future will not recommend on service alone.Update vehicle ac fan is loud on low, so when I took in to Firestone Enterprise denied covering repair with the insurance. Took to a different Firestone they said it can be repaired.Promised a second key fob 4 months later no fob excuse corporate hasn't found a new locksmith.Call for a supervisor but not available for 1.5 hours.Not what one would expect after buying two vehicles from them.

Here is my experience. This place only does business with big banks with higher interest rates. They told me that they would hold my application before submitting to BANK OF AMERICA to give me the opportunity to find another bank with a lower interest rate, I find one, apply and guess what? Enterprise still submitted the application in with BANK of America, a bank I did not want and told them this. All within two days and within the timefeame they give you incase you change your mind. So now, I had two loans with payments due for one car. And if you refinance well of course DUH instead of you getting a loan for the original purchase order you are refinancing for a higher pay off loan. So now I'm stuck with Bank of America all because they submitted the application as quickly as you sign. Mind you they told me even after you sign we will wait before submitting it. LIES!!!! Don't promise something you can't execute. And their detailing of vehicle is not clean or detailed at all, so don't expect dealership clean not even rental clean. Think people renting a car get a cleaner car then I got. I should have asked for this Hugh guy everyone down below mentioned, maybe then I would have had a different experience.

Customers beware: after the sale issues with getting my second key to the car. DO NOT LEAVE THE SALES LOT WITHOUT YOUR 2nd CAR KEY! Purchased in June, calling since then to get the key. NO RESPONSE, NO KEY. Talking with Manager Marcus McClure after 4 months of no response.
