I usually have a good experience renting cars in El Paso. Same this time around when I rented with Enterprise. Gabriella helped me at the counter and got me out of there super quick.I was offered an upgrade in the garage and the guy was so patient cause I couldn’t decide lol, but I’m actually glad I did it unfortunately, I didn’t get his name. I loved the car and it was super clean. Sabrina also was very nice and helpful when I returned the vehicle. I had no issues getting back to the return lot. It’s very easy to get around the airport. Definitely recommend.

First, Mario Arenas was very kind and helpful when I got the car. I was there 2 minutes before they closed and he finished my rental in spite of many little hitches. Then on my return, Jason Murphy and Logan were kind and helpful with receiving the car, and giving me easy directions to get to my flight on time!Thank you for your kind help Mario, Jason and Logan!

Picking up the car and returning it in El Paso was easy as pie. When I went through Albuquerque last year and had to return early because I was very ill, an agent for Enterprise drove me to the airport departure gate instead of my having to take the rental car shuttle. I have always rented from Enterprise, great prices, great cars and great service.

The 1545 N Zaragoza Rd ElPaso,Tx locat ion has a large variety of quality vehicles. Natalie and Yahaira were very friendly and knowledgeable. The pick up and drop off experience went very quickly and smoothly. Our anniversary trip started out and finished wonderful because of the great customer service we received at this location.

I was impressed with this Enterprise location. There was a little delay in getting my car (less than 15 minutes), whereas my friends who were waiting for Alamo and Hertz had to wait 45 minutes and 4 hours, respectively. The amount of gas in the tank was incorrectly recorded, and the office corrected it quickly after receiving an email with a photo from me. Easily the most painless car rental correction I've ever had. Finally, the signage at the airport was excellent, especially with regard to the car rental returns.

Our flight was delayed and we arrived at El Paso Airport around 11pm. My original reservation was with another rental car company that told me they would wait for us but was no where to be found. Thankfully we ran into Michael from Enterprise and he went above and beyond for us! He was very understanding and made an exception to help us out. I couldn't be more thankful of him and his professionalism and kindness. I will definitely be using Enterprise from now on. Thank you Michael and Enterprise!!

The car I received was just right. We enjoyed riding in that car. I appreciate all the staff members. They were all very nice and patient. From the very beginning of the process to the end. I do not rent from any other company. I will recommend Enterprise to my friends. Thank you very much to the young man at the counter, the young lady who showed me to the car and to the young man who received me when I returned the car at the Kentucky Airport. Thank you all.

My son forgot his AirPods in a van we had rented. It had been 2 weeks, but we filed the report and thank you to Renee who went above and beyond to get them back to us even when the office was closed. Thank you Renee at the Convair location.

I rented a car for 2 weeks to be dropped off in Phoenix. 2 days in to the rental, the car's oil light came on. I called the 1-800 number and the agent assured me that's the car was good for 1,000+ more miles, and the cars are just wired that way to let Enterprise know an oil change should be scheduled soon. Since i was on a road trip driving 2 states over, and approaching 1,000 miles, I went to a nearby Enterprise and the clerk told me they dont perform oil changes in house, and to go to an affiliate like Firestone, I should be in and out in 30 minutes. After several stops at various different Firestones, and calls to further away Firestones, none of them were available to do an oil change same day. They were all booked because Firestone was running a sales promotion and the earliest availability most had was 3-4 days out. I went to another Enterprise to see if I can get the car traded in, and no Enterprise had available cars. I called the 1-800 number again, got a reference number, but no resolution on getting an oil change or replacement vehicle. At the last Enterprise the technician confirmed that the car was indeed overdue for an oil change. All agents on the customer service line took my reference number and said the GM for El Paso would get back to me soon. I waited like a sitting duck for over an entire day unable to use the car in fear that I would have engine trouble on the side of the highway and be stuck and at the mercy of roadside assistance. The GM, Oscar calls me back a day later and asked was I able to get it resolved???? NO By that point, I had to drive to the next state over and luckily another Enterprise was able to book me an appointment at a nearby Firestone for the oil change same day, and I was able to continue on with my trip. Once my trip ends and I return the car, I reach out to customer service again for adjustments on my final bill due to the wasted time of searching for an oil change and being on the phone with them. I was again told that the El Paso GM would contact me. I heard nothing from the GM for days after that call, so I sent an email. No response. I get a call and voicemail from a representative from the El Paso office. I call back, leave a voicemail. No response or returuned call. 2 days pass, I give them another call and leave another voicemail. There was no issue with me renting the car or upgrading the car at the airport! The car that I received should have not been allowed to be rented for someone for 2 weeks with a drop off destination 2 states over if it was in need of an oil change so quickly. That was the fault of El Paso. The fact that I had to keep calling customer service for Support was annoying and took hours with no resolution. Once it was escalated to the GM of this location, he took no fault in finding alternative means either with contacting mechanics or car rentals for a replacement car. The unanswered calls and emails are just the icing on the cake. It's unlikely that I will ever be in El Paso again, but I will sure as hell let others know not to rent from this Enterprise ever.

I rented a car from one of the El Paso enterprise locations back in June with a debit card but the airport refuses to let you use a debit card. The only reason I chose to use the airport enterprise this time is because the other location didn’t tell me the SUV I needed was available until I went to pick it up. It’s extremely frustrating to not be able to pick up a car when I’m moving military duty stations and I don’t have a credit card. There’s absolutely no reason debit cards should be excluded at only the airport location.

I had an emergency on labor day and needed to get home. I made a reservation on the app. On their app it says that either debit or credit is accepted. When I got to the counter, we got almost all the way through before they told me only credit cards are accepted and that it's just their policy. As soon as the woman found out that I only had a debit card, her customer service mask dropped. She was rude dismissive, and acted annoyed. Absolutely nothing they would or could do for me even though I've used this company for a while now. It's really sad when the customer service in Roswell of all places is better than a large city. I recommend avoiding this particular enterprise and try and go to the one down the road, when they're open. Don't trust these people with being honest or helpful.

Ok .. so as far service with Enterprise never been an issue. Always prompt paperless service from When I get off the plane, go to the counter , and get in my rental. Also very happy with upgrades. But... the 2 stars you get is because some of your employees lack integrity. On my last trip to El Paso, I returned the vehicle and headed over to catch my flight only to realize once I had gone through TSA that I'd left my AirPods on the cup holders close to the transmission gears. I took the chance of coming out of the airport and possibly missing the flight and went back to the Enterprise counter to inform them that I had left my AirPods in the car. In fact the car had not been rented yet and went to check and the AirPods were not there. The manager proceeded to check with lost and found and no sign of the AirPods. The manger told me that they would have to wait for the person that cleaned the car to come back from dropping off another and ask them about the AirPods. I told them I could not wait since I had to go back through TSA to get my flight back to NYC. The manager said they would call me back to let me know about the AirPods but in the meantime asked me to fill out a lost item form which I did. I never got a call back from management regarding status and I had to call back to speak with them. When I spoke with the manager they said they'd ask the person that cleaned the car and said he had not found anything and basically left it at that. To add insult to injury I keep getting automated messages that my item has not been found. Yes they are AirPods and for some that's an item in demand. But to have management just leave it at that, not cool. I could have pressed charges to make a point but I want to think that if you work for a company the last thing you'd do is steal from your clients. So yeah, I will use your service going forward but I'll triple check to not leave anything behind because it seems some of your employees act like third world country persons that will take valuable goods from you if you're not careful.
