I have banked her since i was a student at UTEP and it has progressively degenerated to the worse credit union in El Paso. No one can ever get anything done and they have moved more and more away from customer service, evident by the fact that you can even go into a branch anymore and actually talk to a person. To get a manager to call back takes 12-24 hours. This is how this place manages my money and prioritizes no one but themselves. I was 23 when I started banking here I am now 56 and in that time instead of getting better they have become TERRIBLE!

Don’t use the ATM here! I went to make a deposit over the weekend and the ATM ate my check and didn’t deposit my money or return the check to me. I was told I have to contact my bank to file a dispute when it’s the Evolve ATM that is at fault. I just wanted my check back so I can go to an actual functioning bank.

Branch on Myrtle allows ATM alarm to ring for days without stopping, right underneath our windows. In Day 5 as I type this. Working with mgmt to fix the problem. Fingers crossed... Hope to come back and be able to add more stars. UPDATE: Problem now fixed

Have been banking with for years, and all off a sudden they like to automatically add your cards "fraud" list without any explanation. These over dramatic security measures to get a new card and pin are desperately exaggerated.

this bank is extremely aggravating and slow, ive been here for nearly half an hour waiting to withdraw money for somebody else, there are a bunch of cars waiting in line its so ridiculous

Their system is always down and their ATM never works. I do not recommend Evolve.

I needed assistance with a Cashiers Check. The teller (Ivette) could not have been more helpful. I had never been to that branch yet they treated me like I had done business there for twenty years. Ivette explained everything and I had my check and was one my was in less than ten minutes.

This is the slowest working bank I have ever been to. There is one teller 10 people in line and 3 other employees Walking and sitting around. Thank Gooodness this isn't my bank. I just came to make a deposit for someone else.

I spent days working on getting my car refinanced with Evolve FCU. My experience here was extremely aggravating. I consider myself a very patient person, but this was overwhelming. Honestly, this was Bait and Switch. Over and over I was told things were going to be a certain amount, just to be told at the end that I would be paying more(**For things they never even mentioned before**). Time after time they neglected to let me know in advanced of additional fees and charges prior to me submitting any application. It was a complete waste of time. Please PLEASE be careful with these guys. You can't trust them.
