I went to this store and let me start by saying that it is the dirtiest and unkept store I have ever seen, the employees were very snotty and rude, but the worst one was the manager sandy, she was very rude and not helpful. She is a horrible manager.

I was looking for a royal blue shirt that was on a mannequin. I found it and it was on sale too which was cool. It fits great and you can feel the quality.

We had an issue with our credit card and called the customer service and while that representative was a little upset with us, when we arrived at the actual express outlet location, all three managers ;Sandy,Josh and Marco all helped us out individually and together as a team and I must say there is no better team than them three. They worked together and got our issue resolved just in time for Christmas! They literally saved our Christmas. They should get raises or something of equivalent value as they were super nice and helpful. Thank you three so so much and happy holidays!

I arrived on Saturday at 11:00 am and it was closed, I don't know if the hours they have on the page are wrong, if so, change it and if not, it would be good if they were on time to open

I was visiting El Paso from New York City, business trip and I had 2 days off while I was in El Paso so I decided to go shopping and I went to the Outlets, Cielo Vista Mall and Bassett Place and I stop at EXPRESS and the first second I walk in Paco welcome me to the store told me his name and promotions they had. I'm Brazilian American and I was surprised that Paco heard me speaking Portuguese and he started talking to me in Portuguese! He made me feel so special and he took the time to explain the styles they had available from jeans to suits!!! Totally worth the money spent excellent customer service. Definitely going to try EXPRESS back home In NYC.

Excellent Customer service, Paco its amazing he greet us right away and introduce himself to me and my wife. His knowledge about clothing and body types is excellent, we know he is new because we shop at this particular store at least 2 a month, excellent talent they hire.

I'm from New York and I'm a loyal customer but the service I received today from Paco it was to a different level (ExcellentService). Definitely number #1 EXPRESS Store in El Paso Tx.

Employees Front of Store, Don't bother to Greet. Always in a Bad Mood too busy Chit Chatting or Gossiping. Store Manager so Rude. Other Employee Monica so Rude & Unprofessional with an Ugly Attitude. Bother if you ask her for Help. Not friendly at all. Too Busy taking merchandise out. Young kids now Days do not have any Respect for People. Manager NOT people friendly Unprofessional.
