Someone called and closed my unit. The facility closed it without my authorization and I had to call them to cancel the closure. I moved out ASAP.

This extra space storage on Helen of Troy was by far the best storage space experience I’ve ever had. Though I had signed up with late notice in an unfortunate situation as I was going through a family emergency they were so kind to accommodate me promptly and they even gave me a unit near the entrance. The staff is always so kind and the units are impeccable and maintained well. I will definitely be returning when I move again. Highly recommend to anybody moving to the west side of El Paso

The staff were always personable and helpful. The storage unit was clean. The rate increases were just too much in a 12 month period (over $125 more within the same year. I just couldn’t see paying that much for the unit.
