I have gone in a few times and the staff has been very kind. I was able to get a few quick items needed for my mother in the hospital.

Compared to Dollar Tree, it doesn't come close. It's more like a neighborhood convenience store than a discount store. Not bad, just don't expect the same level of savings as Dollar Tree.
