The worst service I asked for the bathroom. I asked Laura about the front services help, and she told me they are both out of out order . I asked her where you would go if you need to use the bathroom, she said "I go to my house huh " OMG!

The younger girl with a terrible attitude
Or the cashier that didn't know what "do you accept AMEX" meant.
If you cannot deal with customers, do not work with customers.

The morning worker who calls herself Rose is a disgustingly rude person, she always gives rude answers to everyone, she never says hello, she is always angry, today she was too rude, I should have recorded it, she even made fun of me for not understanding her English well, she speaks Spanish too, but when she wants to make someone feel bad who she knows doesn't speak English, well, she doesn't speak Spanish, she's a horrible person, it makes me sad that she can't be happy, poor thing about her, always with bitterness on top of her, but hey, it's not our fault. I hope they call his attention because it is not correct for him to treat the customer badly.

The store manager is an extremely rude and disgusting human being. He is rude and has even gone to the point where he has stalked my mother at our home accusing her of theft. Today she went into the store and he started talking smack about her degrading her in front of other customers. My parents are both kind people and do not need to be exposed to such criticisms from a crazy man! Why they keep him employed is beyond me and we can't even call a general manager or corporate to complain about such disgusting behavior. We are regulars at this family dollar and most employees are very kind and friendly but this man should not be in such a high position with such a horrible decorum for customer service. When we asked for the number of his manager he simply stated that he wasn't giving us any information. This is the second altercations with this man and we are beyond livid.

It was okay. Make sure you check your receipt because items tend to ring up more expensive. Employees do not wear masks and have slight attitudes. Only stop by if you need something quick you can find on your own.

Horrible placed merchandise. Cashiers were not welcoming. Female cashier was extremely rude to an older gentleman asking a simple question. Horrible customer service. Won't be returning.

The “assistant” was rude gave bad attitude wen I told him that the air conditioner I got was missing parts and would like an exchange he was rude about it then asked corporate number and he gave me another number ? never will go there again.

Great store. This location is always clean and actually has a lot of items that you need. I prefer this store over going to walmart, for the convenience.
