Waited till 9 am. Employee didn't show up till 905am. Didn't acknowledge us people waiting outside. Locked the door back up. I wasn't going to wait till she decided to open the door. It was cold outside and no consideration. I will never go to this store ever again. From what I read this is a problem and no one does anything about it.

Checked on website and the store hours said they open at 8 am. No One was there or answering the phone. Called for 17 minutes straight and still the same. Whoever is scheduled to open on regular days is never on time! This is not good for business or store reputation.

This family dollar is ALWAYS taking cash only . . .its such an inconvenience . . its the one by my house and nowadays no one carries cash . .never coming back . . they always have issues going on.👎

They let carry-on dogs in the place but they won't let my large service dog in. This store will not do returns unless you have a receipt others I've noticed they look at the videos and make sure you didn't steal it and then they do returns. My dog does not eat dog food but I did need a can of Fix-A-Flat for our buggy we're homeless they would not do it. I think they take capitalistic measures way too far.

i went into this dollar tree looking for party decorations. i bought a poster. went to the check out the cashier was super rude and the manger wasn't any better. i left with the poster right when i went outside the poster ripped. i know this wasn't their fault so on i went to the manger because the cashier was with customers. i asked can i get a new poster, she said no for no reason everyone was telling the manger to let me get a new poster the manger and cashier said no. the disrespect was crazy. all i asked was for a new poster. i am never going back. i felt very disrespected.

The worse customer service, literally 4 ppl working and no one at the register.. and even when they see you at the register they ignore you, yes they have a bell to ring , last time I did and was given an attitude for it . If yall don't like your job don't take it out on customers.

Showed up at 8:57. Nobody there for store to open at 9. At 9:05 employee pulled into parking lot. Walked by myself and 3 others without even acknowledging us. Unlocked door, pulled door shut and relocked it. Came back at 9:10 and unlocked door and walked away. Didnt open the door for 2 elderly ladies, didn’t say sorry, not one word. 10/25/23. Whoever opened the store has 0 customer service skills

I was held at door and walked out because the girls must want to go home early... SMH I'm glad I passed Spanish class because I would've caused an accidental scene ?I honestly think businesses should close at the time they advertise... I rushed here for nothing, what a waste of gas and time... unprofessionalism at it's finest!!!

I attempted to give this store another chance but just wound up disappointed again. They have a " Now Hiring" please fi d someone that knows what's going on and how to help customers. What a disappointment.
