forgot to leave a review but about a month ago i took my kitten to this hospital because he couldn’t poop, we brought him in there totally fine he just looked a little down, we were about to pay all the services he got when the veterinarian (a woman) came out and told us he passed away out of nowhere. We were really confused and the veterinarian had no explanation whatsoever. She said she was doing something else and that when she turned back he was dead. Not to mention that even after that happened they made us wait 35 min to pay all because the front desk lady with the piercings couldn’t stop using her phone and showed NO compassion with the death of our kitten.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star but I’m leaving it so you can read my experience. They have the WORST customer service. They told me it would be a little over an hour to be seen… TRY 6 hours later. When i would ask for updates they would not communicate anything. The front desk receptionist has the worst attitude, no patience for your questions, nothing. Do yourself a favor and go some else. They really do just want your money and that’s it. We went there for help for my dog and i can’t believe the way we were treated.

Took care of my baby during emergency surgery this past weekend. She's doing great. For routine shots & care just wish we could schedule by appointment. The Vets are great.

My dog had surgery Dec. 18, and I am still waiting to get biopsy results back in February. After weeks of calling and asking to speak to a vet, a tech called me back to simply tell me "the results were weird" and they were sending out for a second opinion. After calling many more times and insisting to speak with a vet for more detail, I finally got a call back telling me they would call me back after the second opinion. Weeks later, and I still haven't been able to get a call back with those results either. Then the bandaging THEY put on after surgery wasn't holding and when I went the next evening to have them fix it, they wanted to charge me $50 because it was after 8pm. Plus, if you get a rabies vaccine here, they'll make you go to Animal Sevices across town to get the tag because they don't provide them, which is an added inconvenience, where any other vet we've gone to in the past gives them to you on the spot. Overall recommendation - go somewhere else. If we had of opted to wait for the biopsy results to do surgery, our dog's mass likely would have grown larger by now or even worse...Update: I received a call back from the Office Manager after being advised it was in response to this negative review, only to be told that my dog's biopsy results from 6 weeks ago still aren't available. I was told that there was no reason for them to call me back "if they had nothing to tell me," despite my asking repeatedly for some form of communication and update. Keep in mind that I also paid an additional amount on top of the surgery itself, just for the biopsy and pathology that I have not received. Moral of the story: If you need them to call you back, leave a negative review. It's the first time I've been acknowledged or even received communication from them in over a month.

The Drs are great here and we love Dr. Brandi. She has taken great care of Boney Butt. They saved my dog after she was referred there for emergency surgery. While Pretzel aka Boney Butt was hospitalized they sent me photos and text message updates throughout the day. Thank you all so much!

Take your pets somewhere else. Brought my dog today to get her teeth cleaned at 7:15am. 8:00 pm and she still waiting to get her procedure done. No phone calls to update, you call them and they don’t answer. I guess they are so busy that they turn off their phones, but I’m only left to guess because again no communication! Evening receptionist bothered by my questions when I had to drive down to talk to them in person at 8pm! Go somewhere else where they actually care about your pets and not just taking your money!

Great staff. Understanding doctor. Accurate wait times when quoted as you walk in. You all are the best!

There was hardly any wait time, and everyone was professional.

The vets were great but the wait time is what made my experience unpleasant. I went at around 1:30 to get my cat checked in, they said the wait time would be 45-1 hour. I didn’t get seen until 6! I was waiting in my car for 5 hours! I kept calling asking for the remaining wait time, and the receptionist was rude. Even when saying thank you, she just hangs up the phone without saying anything. I get that this is an emergency clinic, but at least give us a heads up if wait is longer or keep us up to date when things change. Some of us wait in our cars because we can’t drive all the way back home. I waited in my car for 5 hours all for them to say they can’t properly do an exam on my cat, and only give me antibiotics. Absolutely ridiculous for me to wait 5 hours all for them to rush my cats exam. At least be thorough and try everything you could to check on him. They said he was attacking them, well I’m not surprised since he’s been in a crate for 5 hours in the car!! Have some patience, the vets are supposed to be professionals at handling animals.

Terrible service. Only accept walk ins (no appointments) and tell you it will be a 2 hour wait and they will call you. I was referred by my doctor with a doctors note to get my cat an ultrasound but they only have ultra sound specialists available on certain days and today was the day they were “supposed to be there”. Turns out, they are not and that the doctor still needs to examine my cat (despite the doctor note/referral) and then come back when the specialists are available. So I traumatized my cat by forcing them in their kennel just to take them for a drive around the block and then back home. Thanks.

The only reason I keep bringing my fur baby here is because Dr. Vazquez is a great vet, but the wait times and staff are absolutely RIDICULOUS. Specifically, the night staff. The women at the front are rude and unhelpful. They should all be replaced. Then there is the ridiculous wait times. They do not take appointments, but when you show up and sign up on the waitlist, they tell you it’ll be about “45 minutes.” Let me save you the time, it will actually be around 2-3 hours. The women at the front don’t even bother to keep you updated or anything of the sort. They just expect you and your sick pets to wait in the parking lot until they decide they want to let you in. They are super uninformative and super unprofessional. I hate having to bring my pet here during the night time because of their incompetent, rude staff. I will say, the morning staff is usually a lot friendlier and willing to help. I wish I could say thank you to the two or three ladies that have been very kind to me and my pup. There is also one gentleman with glasses who has been very helpful and professional. The other night staff receptionists are absolutely awful.
