Less than stellar customer service. I called last Tuesday about having some placards made up. A nice gentleman gave me Debra’s email and said if I placed the order that day, I could pick the order up the following day. It actually took over two business days to finalize and place the order via email and when I called to pay I was told 2-5 business days for completion with and up-charge of $25 to have it completed within two business days. Which I understand if that’s policy but when I brought up what the gentleman had told me in the prior conversations Debra laughed at me and said no one had told me that, essentially calling me a liar. I would have had no problem paying the up-charge, but I opted out due to their lack of professionalism.
Update to owners response: I never mentioned anyone named Bob. I do not know the gentleman's name I spoke to. I understand the store policy. I do not understand the lack of professionalism.

Very poor customer service. I've called multiple times and I tried to get information over the phone but was told I needed to email them details which is understandable but instead of letting me know what I needed to send them I had to ask what it was I needed and was told with a very bothered attitude. To get information was like trying to pull teeth instead of offering what i needed to do i had to ask for everything then given attitude. I went in person to try to get information and had what they needed so I can get information and again I was treated like if I was a bother.
