Today I arrived at your facility after spending over an hour on the phone with FedEx customer service trying to correct the address on my package. I was told that your facility had placed restrictions that prevented the change from being made over the phone, and that I needed to come in person to resolve it.
When I got there, I was informed that no one had any idea how to add or remove such restrictions. The employee I dealt with—Amanda—was openly hostile, dismissive, and offered me no solutions, all while I remained on the recorded line with FedEx support. She even went so far as to tell me the mistake was my fault and that my package was “long gone.”
FedEx customer service assured me that it is the facility’s responsibility to remove or add restrictions. Yet Amanda flatly refused to investigate the issue further, leaving my representative no choice but to contact the FedEx location at my destination instead. Her behavior was not only unprofessional, it was obstructive.
I have never been treated with such disdain over what should have been a simple issue. The situation would have been a complete disaster if not for the professionalism of the other two employees present—Amanda’s conduct stood out in stark, embarrassing contrast.
When I expressed how upset I was with her lack of customer service, Amanda immediately turned the blame back on me. She even told me I would be treated the same way if I returned in the future—essentially guaranteeing more hostility rather than resolution.
I am a paying customer with a legitimate issue. I have worked in customer service my entire life and I know that its purpose is to resolve problems and ease customer frustration—not to escalate it. Amanda’s behavior was the exact opposite of what customer service is supposed to be.
On top of this, I am a disabled person who requires dialysis treatment. I cannot afford to waste time and energy making unnecessary trips to your facility, only to be met with hostility and disregard. The fact that I had to come in person at all was already a burden; being treated with such disrespect on top of it was inexcusable.
I can’t believe I had to resolve this issue on the phone inside the store. Don’t ship here if you don’t want deal with Amanda.

Website says stores open till 8:00 p.m. I paid Uber carrier service to drop off package @ 7 pm. ; guess what? .. store was closed!
There goes $20 I'll never see again

Drove there are 7 pm and they were closed !! There was 4 other clients outside with same issue

Wow will never ship out of this place again. The lady in that took my package had a stinking attitude problem. Now you can’t ask questions because they have a problem answering you, oh and she said she been working there for 8 months if that’s how they train there workers I can imagine how the managers act. Straight garbage hopefully someone opens a better in the area soon. Someone that enjoys there job and their fellow citizens.

Probably the worst customer service experience Ive ever had and that says a lot since all I did was hand off a package. I didn’t catch her name but the short woman with the unprofessional appearance was especially rude and should either find a new job or go to retail etiquette 101

I stopped by the store recently and had such a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Jay helped me out and was super sweet, patient, and attentive.

I had such a great experience at FedEx thanks to Jay! He was extremely friendly and professional, and he made sure my packages were handled with care. I had a very disappointing experience with one of the employees at this FedEx location. I was not given the attention or service I needed, and the employee kept ignoring me despite my efforts to get help. I expected a more respectful and professional treatment. This experience left me very frustrated.
