Had to make a quick stop on the morning of July 9th, print and laminate a document prior to flying out of El Paso. The gentleman working that morning was AWESOME! wasnt shy about asking if I needed help, and even taking over at some point to make sure job was done correctly. Great experience when i needed to be in and out. And i didnt even tell him i was heading out of town. Best costumer service experience in a while! Give that man a raise!

I needed to print 75 programs for an event and needed them ASAP. On top of all of this, my file wasn’t sending because it was too big. This store had what I needed to retrieve the files from my computer and this was a credit to the store manager’s expertise (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name). Taking my experience over the top was Marissa’s willingness and determination to help me with making sure that I walked out of the store with the programs. To say that I am a satisfied customer is an understatement!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you, to the team working this morning! You both were amazing!!!

I was here earlier this week after my dog got out and got ran over. I made flyers to print and pass out around my neighborhood. I only had $10 to print and the guy behind the counter helped me print more without knowing I didn’t have enough to buy more. I just want to thank him bc my dog came back and he gave me faith that there’s still good people out in the world. Thanks AB, you’re the man! -AB

I came in almost closing time, young lady by the name of Kim went out of her way to help me out. I was struggling downloading files and Kim helped me print them out. Very helpful, my utmost respect for them. This place is awesome, great customer service. Thank you!

I received nothing short of the utmost in quality Customer Service from the young gentleman and female worker at Fedex this morning (Mon.10/9/23 0900hrs.@ 6600 Montana Ave. El Paso TX 79925), whom did not hesitate to assist me with phenomenal ADA/overall treatment (ie. Opened the front door as I rode into Fedex with my electric wheelchair,offered to pickup docs that I accidently dropped on the floor,etc...) especially knowing how difficult it was for me to handle . The aforementioned Fedex Employees are, by far, the most EXCEPTIONAL Fedex Employees that I have ever been so honored and blessed to have encountered. Hence, this constitutes as my "Official" Commendation for both Employees, as well. I will definitely be returning to this Fedex for all of my printing needs!THANK YOU SO MUCH!?>><<

At this location I asked for general assistance. Not specific to one agent..so but the girl that answered me was super very inpatient,, and she got near me and she had very bad odor. On top of not being very helpful,,she's new never seen her before..shes not a people person :/

Jay is who you want at the front desk. Walked in, was immediately greeted and assisted. I even brought my own tape to seal my package and before I could even get it going, Jay had the package and took care of it before I even realized it. Highly recommended!
