whoever delivered a box at Album Park Apartments on Wednesday July 16th say around 1-4pm! The FedEx driver needs to find a new job because he did not deliver my box to my door. He put the box in the office where management does not allow boxes in the office. I live on the second floor. This person was too lazy or out of shape to take that box up to the second floor and deliver to my door, they have one job!!! and also, the box was very heavy. I don’t have a dolly to help me to deliver it to the second floor, which FedEx has all those things for drivers.! The office manager at the apartments told the FedEx driver that they’d have to deliver it to my door and he was arguing back with her so get your people get your drivers and do their job right!! Lazy

They are lying about they tried to deliver, I was waiting all day in my house. Also yesterday, the website was telling me my shipment is in the facility but they are telling it's not. Also I never use FedEx again, I drove more than 1 hour for nothing, because I don't know why they choose the farthest facility possible

Had contents from my package stolen from the facilities receiving my order. When they sent me the picture for proof of delivery you can see the package with the hole clearly visible where they took the contents out of the package. Shipper confirmed they packed order completely. Very unfortunate you cannot trust FedEx with your packages as they will likely steal from them if they wish

WORST SHIPPING OPTION EVER!!! If you don't have to use FedEx DON'T! They don't care and it shows!!! Waited 2 days already for my package just to get a pic of my front door saying they would try again tomorrow!! Unbelievable no knock, no honk! When I reached out Mr. Robert from the local El Paso location informed me that he was no responsible for what his drivers do while they are out!!!! WHAT!!!! Give me a break get off your lazy butt and knock on the dang door!!!!! What a world. The entire company should be ashamed of Mr. Robert and lazy driver Gabriel.

They have denied picking up my order to deliver it they have knocked on my door and ran with my order 8 time for like 3 of my orders that I had to eventually pick up and the stupid facility the app never works for them to hold it and if I wanted them to change the location that costs money and a membership for an app that doesn't work

I paid to have my shipment delivered later in the day and it is still coming in the same time frame. I’ve tried to contact FedEx but I can’t get past the automated system! The fact that they charge me and didn’t change the delivery time is beyond me!

Even if you pay extra for over night shipping they choose to delay your package for a few weeks without any for of reimbursement, n they always do that for check deliveries smh. Worse package company

I work from home and driver LIED and never came to deliver. There is no exception note and my package didn’t need a signature to be able to drop off. This is the 2nd time FedEx does this. Horrible service and very unprofessional.

I was told that I can pick up my package and when I get there Israel told me that I need the tracking number. He said that my id won't help him.
