whoever delivered a box at Album Park Apartments on Wednesday July 16th say around 1-4pm! The FedEx driver needs to find a new job because he did not deliver my box to my door. He put the box in the office where management does not allow boxes in the office. I live on the second floor. This person was too lazy or out of shape to take that box up to the second floor and deliver to my door, they have one job!!! and also, the box was very heavy. I don’t have a dolly to help me to deliver it to the second floor, which FedEx has all those things for drivers.! The office manager at the apartments told the FedEx driver that they’d have to deliver it to my door and he was arguing back with her so get your people get your drivers and do their job right!! Lazy

My package arrived CUT OPEN I watched your employee leave the package on my door, there wasn’t time for another person to cut it open and leave it. Imagine knowing a box is empty and delivering it? Trash

FedEx constantly misses delivery dates. Calling the 800 number directs you to some poor person on the other side of the world that can only give you information that is already available online. Terrible shipping company with even worse customer service.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally express my concern about an incident that occurred on 12/19/24 involving a miscommunication with an Allied Security guard at the FedEx facility.
On that day, I arrived at the facility at 3:15 PM for a scheduled pickup at 4:00 PM. Upon my arrival, I spoke with the security guard who informed me that I needed to return at 7:00 PM. However, when I returned at 7:00 PM and checked in, the FedEx dock worker stated that the security guard had claimed I never showed up for my scheduled appointment.
This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and confusion, as I was present at the facility during the designated time. I believe this miscommunication reflects poorly on Allied Security and could potentially impact service delivery.
I kindly request an investigation into this matter to ensure that similar issues do not occur in the future. Clear communication is vital for operational efficiency, and I hope that steps can be taken to improve this process.

Main ship center abs even though they are open until 8, they will not take ground packages after 5. On another note, their drivers only made one attempt and forced me to take more time out of my buddy day to drive all the way to them to pick up a package. UPS is better

Had an annoying/inconvenient experience. FedEx attempted a drop off and instead of just leaving it somewhere safe, they decided to keep my package 3 more days with no way for me to pick up. So now they kept it until this coming Tuesday. I paid a lot more for the express/fast shipping for that to happen. Another package I ordered a day later with regular shipping arrived to my house first today. Disappointing. Just because a package has a date that it has a time limit of 2 weeks doesn’t mean should be allowed to put it as low priority. Not fair to those of us who pay extra for it to arrive faster.
Don’t judge a package by its arrival date and skip 2 business days of delivery for no reason. Just get it there. Most of us know with certain websites and orders how quickly they typically arrive by nearly a week in some cases before the date and the company only puts that later date (of almost 2 weeks) for certain countries in Europe, not the US.

employees are either unqualified or intentionally stealing personal property. ashley gave a reason for refusing to release a package that a customer service said was untrue. had to involve the police .
