Came to fed ex 6:00 the girls where friendly and I was able to retrieve my packages thanks girls for the good job and I was able to use the restroom I needed the pics for tomorrow very very excited to retrieve so quickly

Wide variety of services and products plus a great staff! We had some problems and they saved our day. Their team helped us navigate our issues over multiple visits and got us out of a jam. Shout out to Diego for being patient and awesome!

I’ve had to come to this location for both personal reasons and for work reasons and each time I’ve been met with friendly customer service and they are always willing to help!
I had my wedding ceremony programs printed here and about a dozen certificates for work.
For each large print order I had, the manager called me to confirm my order and offered suggestions - for example, the paper I originally chose for my wedding programs was going to cause uneven folding, so he called to suggest another one that would give me similar thickness and great quality without the uneven folding. He even showed me the original paper vs the new paper upon pick up! I was a nervous, rushed bride at the time, so I am thankful for the thorough look through! My wedding programs came out perfect!
When I picked up certificates I had them print and let them know I’d need help shipping them out, they helped me with a smile! The work was tedious, but the woman who helped me was efficient, kind, and thorough!
I always look forward to visiting this location and recommend it to anyone who needs to use fedex! Their printing services are top notch and affordable!

They change their pricing for the services they do and not only that the worker doesn’t even understand how the pricing for each service works at all.
The last time I went in I didn’t have to even explain to the worker helping me she already knew and now this time the worker needs help from her manager and the manager was looking it up and ended up charging me more than the first time I went in and did the exact same thing.
Unfortunately there’s not a lot of print centers so you will probably have to deal with these people if you really need it.
I ended up spending less than 10 dollars for my first visit and the second time I was charge 24. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me

Esteban Galindro was the manager helping me .
Does anyone have this problem win coming to this location. They will not take your box if it has a little dent onit. They will try to sell you a new one saying that your package could damage other packages. I bet this FedEx sells the most boxes in El Paso.

Terrible service, the front desk lady Ashley refused to ship out my package. Per Ashley she wouldn't take a double boxed package even though I received the box in the same condition. I recommend no one come to this location for any service's. Attached is a photo for reference. Very disappointing when the shipped it to me in this condition.

We had a great experience with Agnes from the 1404 Lee Trevino location. There was an issue with one of the return labels I put on the box and Agnes promptly found a remedy and had us on our way. I can't say enough good things about how pleasant and knowledgeable Agnes was.
