Picture one is from December 2, 2025. The delivery photo is not of my door, and the box shown is from Walmart, even though the merchant I ordered from was Target.
Picture two is from December 4, 2025, when my package was marked as delivered, but it was not at my door. When I checked the tracking information on the FedEx website, I saw a delivery photo of a door I did not recognize, with a small package in front of it. The item I was expecting was an over-the-toilet storage organizer, definitely not a small delivery bag like the one shown.
Not only was my package not delivered to me, but FedEx once again uploaded a photo of a completely different address and treated it as proof of delivery. When I called FedEx customer service, they claimed that the name and address associated with the tracking number did not match the information I provided, even though the merchant’s website clearly showed my correct name and address for that same order and tracking number.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and reflects very poorly on FedEx’s reliability. I hope companies reconsider using FedEx as a carrier until issues like this are addressed.
As for me, I will make sure to check which carrier a merchant uses before placing any future orders, because I do not want to deal with FedEx again

Completely agree about Viridiana Torres. You as a customer can rate your experience at FedEx.com. I’m pretty sure they would love to hear your feedback on your delivery experience and how well of a job the driver is doing with your deliveries 😁

Viridiana Torres is hands down one of the best delivery drivers we’ve had! She’s always punctual, professional, and incredibly courteous. Our packages consistently arrive in great condition, and she takes the time to make sure deliveries are placed safely. It’s clear she cares about her work and goes the extra mile. It's pretty sad when the delivery boy goes out of their way to be a inconsiderateto people theyve never met. I'm so glad no one stole my package, especially since I live in front of a park. This isn't the first time either. My dog has come to learn their truck and go crazy by how they've thrown and damaged boxes while I was not here to receive. They also like to go out of their way to block you in while they are delivering to another address. May they always receive the service they give and get that hug they so desperately need! Ps take care of them hemoriods, clearly it's out of control.

I ordered items from online alot and this time Fedex was supposed to deliver it. On the day of delivery I get a message along with a picture saying my package was delivered. Excited I went out to get my package and it wasn’t there so I checked my neighbor door step and the ones across from me . I call the website customer service they rightfully tell me to call FedEx and not only could FedEx Customer service NOT help me but they wouldn’t let me speak to a manager . So customer service is useless and their delivery drivers are incompetent because not only is the numbers on my house clearly displayed but it was high noon at the time of “delivery” and it was sunny weather. Steer clear of FedEx .

Terrible experience
If I could’ve given this location a 0, I would!
My package was was supposed to be delivered on Monday June 24, and they said something about damaged, handling per shipper’s instruction. Then fixed it to “Barcode unreadable, replaced barcode.” They delivered my package in a completely new package from what my sister sent and then took whatever they wanted out and threw the rest at my doorsteps! Mind you, my original package had “Fragile” written all over it! Haven’t been able to get in touch with them or received an update about where the rest of my things are!!
Completely unacceptable!!
