Called to get some information and spoke with a representative by the name of Monica. She was absolutely rude and unprofessional. She was unwilling to provide simple information on a company that she works for and directed me to an 800 number. The lack of training and focus on customer experience is evident. Monica is a terrible representation of the the FedEx brand.

It took them 1 hour to serve us... in the end they used the excuse that the system was down, really 1 hour for you to tell me that. Terrible service ?

Had some problems with this. Their tracking was wrong and we wasted a whole day waiting for an order that never arrived that day. When I called customer service asking if I could get a call an hour in advance when the product was supposed to be at the warehouse, I was told there would be an extra charge (even though we had to pay for 16 man hours for an order that never arrived.). They finally made it right after 2 days on the phone.

Horrible Horrible Horrible frustrating whos behind these call centers??? No answers hang ups wrong call transfers and why don't you have a direct line to an actual representative? Very unnecessary robot machines!
