Where to begin. I recently called for a quote on a back flow preventor valve for a new homestead water service installation. After getting transferred to sales the person on other line claimed to not be able to hear me on the line, out me on hold and just hung up on me.
After calling back, I asked the switchboard operator if she could hear me to verify that it was clear on my end, she did. After I told her what happened and proceeded to ask for the quote, lo and behold! She hung up.
If I could give this place a negative infinity star review I would. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional as it appears that they are pissy. Do not bother with this place, boycott them if need be. If they don't like their job, I suggest they find new employ. Last time I checked, THEY need us more than we need them.
Take your business somewhere else, like HD SUPPLY WATERWORKS, which is where I'm headed to now.

I was very impressed with the employees and the store having everything I needed.
This was very helpful considering I had drove from Candelaria Texas.

My husband was recommended to this store. The representative didn't want to be bothered and didn't even look up the product stating they didn't have it. What "HORRIBLE SERVICE", The representative basically dismissed my husband. To think other establishment are sending business to them.

Hi, I recently bought a plumbing part for a urinal for my business. I’m writing to you to tell you that your customer service is amazing I received from an older gentleman sits towards the middle he went out of his way to show me the plumbing part and how it can be fixed instead of making me purchase a $500 urinal he help me with that solution which only cost me $20 by doing this, you have gained a customer for life and every time I need or hear that somebody needs a plumbing supply I will strongly recommend you guys. they give you the run around, nobody knows whether ordered parts got delivered or not, they transfer you to 20 different people who either hang up or transfer you yet AGAIN. horrible customer service, horrible product knowledge and horrible business, clearly. I recommend going somewhere else where they actually care and actually try to help you ◡̈
