Sonia, manager at Chelmont location was super nice and helpful. She explained what recommendations the car needed and there was no pressure to jump on it. They performed what I took the car in for and they were very thorough. I will definitely be taking my car here in the future 😊

Showed up to get an oil change. The lady at the counter was texting on her phone and would not take the time to look at me but just said that she would be with me in a minute. She left the office and went into the bay area, where she proceeded to continue to text on her phone. I guess she was unaware that you can see the Bay Area from the bay window on the back of the counter.
20 minutes of waiting, I decided to leave. I have shared my story with friends and have heard that their experience is about the same. Don't waste your time here.

I went to get my wheel alignment and they recommended a battery change (which I accepted) and all was good on my car. I went in three weeks later for my oil change and then was recommended several things ($3,000 worth) for my car. My family knows about cars so I ended up getting the parts myself ($500 worth) so we can fix it ourselves. There were no leaks on the parts that they claimed and my brake pads were not worn like they claimed. I recommend getting a second opinion if you go here. I will only come back for my lifetime alignment...

The only issue is it did take longer than I expected to complete the work. Still, I am glad to know and share that I can trust the staff at this Firestone location, especially including Sonia!

Had a pleasant time waiting for my vehicle to get an oil change. I drive a 2016 Mini Cooper and they took real good care of it. I definitely recommend this site. Will see them again in 6 months!

I went in at 6: 20 pm says they close at 7pm i understand it was late but its was a simple texas state inspection .the guy told they wont do it cause they stop inspections at 5. i asked why ?they told me that its state law .which is a complete lie im a state inspector so i know the laws to it, so i called him out on it told him thats not true. then he told me that its firestone policy i worked for firestone 2 years and thats not true either .finally he told me he didnt have a inspector on site . What kind of place is this if i was the tech i would be pissed thats taking money off my plate . It was pure lazy i get it that you wanna leave but you still have customers if you have a inspection bay then you need to have someone that is certified on site at all times sad to see firestone go down hill. Do better sonia i know you can jesse was not your best choice as a employee and im sorry to the tech i was going to tip big for your inconvince like i said i work in the same field and i jump hoops for my customers .

Poor service went in for a rotation balance alignment left with a shaking car. Went back and the representative tried selling tires and would take responsibility.
