I understand it’s in the business to make money, but having honor and integrity are important. They made false claims of my son’s vehicle requiring maintenance. We took the vehicle for a second opinion and learned the condition of the brakes were fine. This happened on two occasions.

Took my mom's car in to get an emissions inspection. They took it upon themselves to additionally do a vehicle safety inspection that I didn't ask for. Unsurprisingly the car "failed" because "the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor" (it doesn't) but "they think it'll pass if I pay them $80 to get the brake fluid changed out.". Apparently they're known for trying to milk more money out of you through services you don't need. Avoid at all costs.

I want to start by saying that I've always been a Firestone customer since 2015. But recently I've started questioning about the efficacy and honest of this organization especially the one in fort Bliss. More than once I've been dropping my car for either oil change or something minor only for them to take like 2-4 hours. The last straw to brake my Carmel's back was when I dropped my car for a low annoying tire pressure that won't go away. I dropped my car at around 1145 and went back almost 3pm and found my car in the same exact spot nothing has been done. And the excuse?? They only had two techs. I don't care but it should never take 3 hours to repair a tire pressure issue unless you are missing a part that needs to be brought from somewhere else let alone not even touching the car after 3 hours. This car shop just lost one customer because unless something else changes I won't be going back.

I'm here for an oil change. I arrived around 7:40 am, they took my data until almost 8. They started the service around 9. It's 10:30 and they barely tell me what they recommend but the oil change is still not there.
10.52 and nothing yet.
11.06 they just delivered it to me.
I understand that I didn't have an appointment but they didn't tell me it would take that long. I had to call my work so I could be late. It seems to me that they took more time than they should have.
Thank you. I don't know if I'll come back. There are other options anyway.

Had my pilot vehicle serviced here a few weeks ago turns out they didn’t do all of the work I paid for and requested…. And the work they did do was half done. Was told the oil filter housing was leaking by another shop and brought it to Firestone to have it done while I was on down time but told them this is what another mechanic said please check and let me know… all they did was replace the part but not the oil pressure sensors that come with 98% of the oil filter housings…but the bigger issue is they didn’t refill the coolant to proper levels causing me not to have heat while driving during the recent New Mexico snow storm luckily the car didn’t over heat. I’ve called them and the manager is rude and will not accept liability for not doing the job properly will never be back at ANY Firestone locations because of this experience and will make sure none of our fleet will be there either waste of time and money.

1 star for the one who did the job (white person with glasses) of changing the tire, I saw how he pulled the hood as if it were an old car and extra when he put the spare rubber in the back, he didn't even bother to put it in its place and put the sure. Terrible service and he didn't check the air in the other tires either. 5 star for the beautiful cashier who speaks Spanish and was very helpful. It's a shame about the mechanic

made an appointment for 9:00 am for simple transmission service and it took til 5:00 pm to complete. what's the point in making an appointment if they will work on anyone else that shows up before they do your $200 plus job?

I brought my vehicle to them a week ago because the check engine like was on and they proceeded to charge me $1700 for work they did on the vehicle the check engine light came back on 2 days after I got it back I took it back to them again and they called me to collect it the very next day the check engine light was back on. I called them yet again and they told me to bring it in, they finally said it was something about a recall on a part and they don’t do that service. Now my vehicle has stopped running and I am out $1700. They basically set me up. Unacceptable.

Good ole switch and bait I was quoted a price on the phone for an oil change by a lady at the front desk when I showed up they told me it would be double the price. So I walked and went somewhere else
