I asked for an alignment here and waited one hour only to be told they couldn’t complete the job. Once my vehicle was returned I noticed the steering wheel was now off center along with other issues that weren’t happening before I had left my car with them. I immediately returned to the shop when I noticed all of these problems and they told me they would give it a second look but I ended up getting my car back with the same issues still. It was obvious they had started messing with the car and couldn’t finish the job, but instead I was given some story about my front end being in poor condition. I would’ve appreciated if they at least owned up to their mistakes. They had no idea what they were doing on a car from 2008… Definitely do not recommend this shop ? The following day a local Martin Tire was able to get the alignment job done right for me ?.

took car for tire rotation and alignment. Was called that there was very little oil in engine and there was an oil leak somewhere.I went down to the store and saw the leak all over the undercarriage. i was advised to change oil ( he said he just couldnt just put in a couple quarts)and they would clean up undercarriage as best as possible and they would put dye in it so we could tell where the leak was coming from when I return it to them in a few days.ok. Why on earth would you put the most expensive oil in it when you know it is leaking? The person said " oh I didn't even think of that" So I just paid $100 + to have it leak out.

As far as customer service goes, it is quite horrendous. I’ve never heard anything good about this Firestone but despite that I made an appointment just to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was talked down to, the employee was not letting me talk and kept talking over me. Horrible experience. If anything I recommend going to the other Firestone on Mesa St. near Executive. The staff there is more considerate and had better customer service than this location. I would not recommend!

** Almost drove off the lot with nuts loose on my front left tire **The only reason I’m giving this review 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the help I received from Julian.I came in to get a new tire, have my tires rotated and aligned, have a wheel cap put on, and have them check out a bolt that I felt was cross threaded (as Firestone was the last to work on my vehicle). I dropped my vehicle off with Albert. The only thing they did was put on my new tire. I almost drove off the lot with the nuts loose on the front drivers side. I was able to loosen them with just my fingers. They also didn’t put the wheel cap on, rotate my tires, OR check my alignment as requested. I’m not sure if Albert didn’t properly note down the information or what happened. There was clearly a communication issue, as well as a training issue since the technician signed off on my car being properly torqued when it wasn’t.They were generous enough to take $20 off my $130 1-year wheel alignment after I saved their employee from getting fired, and myself from getting into an accident due to their poor negligence. I’m never coming back to this location, and I suggest you follow suit.I’m off to take my car to another location as I still need my tires rotated and my bolt checked out on the one I felt was cross-threaded.

Made an appointment for an alignment at noon and was told they couldn’t get to my car that day, so I would have to leave it overnight. What is the point of having an appointment? However, that is not the main issue. They called saying they were unable to loosen the left outer tie rod and recommended replacing it for $230. All I could think was, “don’t you need to loosen it to replace it?” I declined and picked up my car. I was able to loosen the tie rod with little effort myself despite the severe damage that was caused to the nut (a nut that is very difficult to find a replacement for btw). It felt like they were trying to sell me an overpriced solution to a problem that wasn’t there. I paid for the lifetime alignment, so I will be going to a different location to get it realigned.Service: Wheel alignment

Mind you this place does not deserve a rating. This is for all you people that plan to take your vehicle here. Took my truck in for an alignment, my appointment was @ 12pm scheduled with Albert on the Mesa location but took it earlier at about 10am. I get there, Albert then states that for an HD truck they can not do a lifetime alignment only a one time alignment that charges the same price as the lifetime $189 plus tax. So I said fine go ahead and do the job. I waited all day till about 6:10pm to call them to see what's going on. He states they were barely putting the truck on the lift. I proceed to tell him you guys close at 7pm will you guys still have time, I also said I don't want you guys to rush because you close at 7pm. He said not to worry they could get it done. Albert then calls me @ 6:50pm to see if I was still going for the truck. I stated I on my way. I get there for Albert to take me into the garage to show me that the control arms were to short. Which does not make sense because before they were put on I match them up to the original ones. I told him I will just take it home to resize them and bring it back. The mechanic then said let me tighten up everything before we take it off the lift. I said okay and I followed Albert back to the waiting area to sign off on paperwork. Albert said there wasn't any paperwork that I was good to go. I get home lift the truck, take off both tires to measure. The tie rod ends, inner and outer, control arms, and sway bar links were all lose. Then to top it off the tires were somewhat flat. How were they going to an alignment? Then he states to me the mechanic was forcing the alignment just to get the job done. I looked at Albert and told him you have a paying customer, "if you did that I would be back to complain." He said no we don't do that kind of service here, but looking at the alignment pins they were broken when I had just replaced them with all hardware and suspension. This place is not a trust worthy shop, nor certified.Monday morning comes and I call other Firestone locations in El Paso to see if they can do a lifetime alignment on the truck and they both said yes. The prices was going to be $189 plus tax. So what Albert was trying to do was steal from the company by upping the price on a one time alignment oppose to the lifetime. Morale of this situation, Albert was no only trying to over charge but his mechanic is probably not certified mechanic for the mess he did to my truck. Please, please, do not go to this Firestone. If he tried taking advantage of me because I'm a woman, imagine what he is doing to our senior citizens?? They will screw up you vehicle, having you to pay more out of pocket to fix their mess ups plus all time it took them to give me their observation.

whenever you have an appointment for a simple oil change they take all day. why do they insist on appointments if they are going to keep your vehicle all day. very poor customer service.

I used to bring my vehicles for routine oil changes and tire rotations to this location for at least 10 years. I'm not sure what went wrong maybe new management. I recently took my car for an oil change, tire rotation, and had a slow leak in one of my tires. They failed to fix my flat or rotate my tires as the tire was still losing air and it was still in the same location (front passenger side). So I had to take my car back twice and both times they claimed the tire was fine but by then I was adding air once a day as it was loosing 15psi a day. They also claimed they did do the rotation but the third time I marked the tires and they still claimed they did it, insulting my intelligence. I ended up buying a new tire from them however my splash guard from under the car fell off on my way home. I can't prove it but I think the technician tampered with it as retaliation for complaining about his service. I'm never taking my car there again.Services: Tires

Came here after a horrible experience at another store up the street, made an appointment at 7, had to wait until 9:30 for them to bring the car in, waited another hour, drove the car, and the alignment was horrendous. This was the 3rd time that they screw up the alignment. At this point I’m fed up and ask for a refund for the lifetime alignment since they aren’t doing it anyways, and get told that there is a limit and can’t refund it anymore. So they took my money and left my car more screwed up than how I brought it into them. Hope you guys go bankrupt just like Yellow Transportation, both companies are equally as incompetent.

Came in at 10am for an oil change, was told it was going to be a 2hr wait time. Stayed till 2:15pm to be told it was still going to be a 2 hr wait time. 6 hrs they wanted me to wait just to see my vehicle yet I had 7 other people come in to start service after me and leave before me, asking for oil changes. To even put more perspective of the situation here, I went to the firestone on montana with a 2022 audi, no appointment with 2 flat tires, 2 busted rims, a broken control arm and had to replace the struts and all, 6k worth of damages and had my car atleast in the building and full diagnostic with in 2hrs and the had majority of the work done. This location does not care nor does it try to hold standards. Worst Firestone location in el paso. Go to any other firestone.

Took my car for a simple alignment, then turned out that I needed $3000.00 worth of work, had it diagnosed somewhere else it only costed me $500. 00 to fix...These people besides arrogant are theifs...Stay away from this place....

Don’t come here for an inspection. After dropping it off the first time it took them 2 hours and it failed but they said I can get a second free inspection if I come back within 15 days. I fix my car and when I come back at 8:30am he says 3-4 hour wait. I cannot wait that long so I come back the next day before they open. 7am and this dude says the inspector isn’t in until 9. So unless you got 4 hours to spend on just leaving your car somewhere just go to a local place. Last time I try a big chain mechanic it’s a joke.

I was able to get a last second appt at 6p on a Saturday after my a/c went out. They were professional & thorough.. & fixed the problem, though I had to wait til Monday. Price wasn't too bad, they offer a credit card plan, which I was unaware of. I'm very pleased with the service I received, & will definitely be going back!!

I had an appointment at 10:30 and at 3:45 my car is still not ready. The excuse was that they were waiting for the oil filter. Even though I called at 2:00 and they said it would be ready as they were already working on it. What’s the point of making an appointment if a simple oil change and alignment is going to take more than 5 hours. If you value your time, don’t come here.Services: Wheel alignment
