Came to Firestone to purchase 4 new tires, front and back brakes, and back rotors. I was advised that my front rotors were still in fair condition and just needed a resurfacing. Eventually with time, I would have to purchase front rotors.
However, when I left this particular location my brakes were still screeching really bad. I did call them, and was told to bring my car back. When I took it back I was advised brand new brakes screech and to drive it more to get rid of the problem. After 4 months not only my brakes are still screeching, but now my tires started shaking. I decided to take it to another location for a second opinion. They replaced the front rotors, all front and back brake pads, balance and rotated tires due to the front rotors being extremely damaged and causing damage on all 4 wheels. Not to mention the old rude grumpy man, Henry that works over the counter needs to retire or look for a different job. He has no patience and is very rude. Firestone do better please. If you are thinking about getting your car serviced, You’re better off going to the Eastlake & Rojas location. I will continue to drive 30 minutes for better customer service and experience.

I’ve been coming a couple times in the last month and everytime it’s different that they forgot to do or forgot to tell me. One time claiming I needed a tire rotation after I had just got one with them a week prior to them telling me this. This time I received my car back with broken hubcaps and no explanation other than the shop tech not taking before pictures. I’ve never experienced problems like I have at this location

I went in to get my vehicle registered and instead of providing the resources to help me do so they failed me instead I was pressured into buying an oil change and more oil on top of paying and failing the state inspection there was 0 and I mean 0 oil left in the tank.

Though I had once experienced the problem with my car with another car in the past, I described to the person at the desk the trouble with my car. After a lengthy conversation he insisted that from what I described, this could not be the problem. You see, I am an elderly woman. Well, upon one of their mechanics who test drove it, it was exactly what I said it was. Secondly, during the 4 hours of wait time, I needed to use the restroom. BOTH of them were filthy! I felt as if I might catch a disease if I used them so I didn’t! Lastly, upon completion of repairs, my car was brought around but the same guy failed to adequately assess the problem of a caller and prolonged the conversation as I sat waiting for the call to end. I approached the counter and asked if the other man at the desk could expedite my paperwork. He said he could not.
Final,,Bottom line- Terrible Customer Service. If or when needed, Firestone will not get anymore business from me and I will not recommend them to anyone. Managing partner’s name is Fernando Torres

Would not trust this store. I went for an alignment and left with my vehicle still drifting left. Was told the my psi was corrected from 33 psi to 35 and that was the problem. Go somewhere else. Your gonna regret going here.

Henry is horrible at customer service. He has such an incredibly rude attitude and was completely dismissive of my needs as a loyal customer of many years. I will never set foot in that stinky store again. Why does it smell so bad in there? Clean up your act Firestone. You already lost this customer forever.

It never fails and I don't even see why you make appointments for this place. Over 4 hour wait from your appointment time. And the 2 older guys at the counter always seems to have an attitude as if your disturbing them. I don't see how they stay in business. Makes me regret getting a credit card for that company

Called at 8am to make an appointment for 1430 for an oil change, a wheel alignment and a tire rotation. When I checked in, I was told the car wouldn't be ready until late afternoon so I asked how late, he said 6pm. So I explained I had a flight to catch at 8pm and it was cutting it short and it wouldn't work, he explained they were really backed up. As I put my car key back on my chain, he asked the lady behind me a question about her rear view mirror and then asked for her number and started helping her, completely dismissing my reschedule. Late, rude, don't keep appointments or call ahead to say they are backed up, and don't offer to reschedule.

I scheduled a 2pm appt. When I showed up at 1:55pm. They told me they would need to hold the car for 2 days to be able to look at it..(then why schedule appointments) He placed blame on the appointment schedulers and has no intention of fixing how to schedule.. expect to wait days for what already seems like unapproachable and uncredible service.

They replaced a brand new part without authorization. The part cost me $67. They charged me $189 for the new part and installation. The installation takes 30 minutes or less. I got ripped off.

Where to start? Scheduled oil change and tire repair and didn't have it started til an hour later than scheduled when I arrived 15-20minutes earlier than set appointment that was scheduled a week prior. They were clearly backed up on services but failed to mention that. I only noticed they were backed up waiting in the lobby and overheard a conversation. They always want to charge the most expensive items without offering anything more affordable or what the owner's preferences might be. I checked with another location and somehow the prices varied on tires. Only then was it explained about variances. They were trying to have me signed for an agreement I never laid eyes on. The man "assisting" simply pushed for me to sign til I questioned the very document mentioned above where I was signing. How about don't try to have your customers rushed or uninformed intentionally. There were " discounts " verbalized that I didn't actually see but I appreciated the thought or action if it was in fact applied. I just wanted to be done with them at that point. Seems the only location that's remotely reliable is the n mesa location.
