Worst customer service. No wonder they have a low star. I’ll take my business to discount tire.
I have experienced bad customer service before but I took my chances is going again. I knew I would regret it.
They always reject my service.

I took my car for flat tire, was fixed, but 3 weeks later, it failed again from the same thing they fixed!

Car: 2010 Mercedes Benz CLS300
There have been 2 visits to this location; one for a CVI that led to a wheel bearing assembly replacement, and another for the ABS light coming on after performing the first mentioned service. The satisfaction review is for my recent dropoff, February 10, for resolving the ABS notification declaring it to be "inoperable".
This would have been a scathing review, but Mr. Luis Galvan and Mr. 'Charlie'(?) provided top tier handling and communication on the entire service. The vehicle drives like new after a practical cleaning of the 'hub' for the ABS to function proper again.
I do have an issue with the first part of service, back in January, the tires were not inflated after service. In my 2 years working at Firestone myself, it's my understanding that tires are always inflated, especially with a CVI and especially when the tire low pressure notification is on. I respect the technician's experience and work, but I believe the rule applies.
In summary, I'm satisfied. But if risk like the ABS situation happens brake & wheel service, be ready to minimize that risk.

$104.12 for a small 4 cylinder car. We got the high mileage and air filter. The most I have EVER paid is $50 on the high end at other places.
You can find a more affordable place to get your oil change done. We will NEVER come back.
We felt taken advantage of.

I brought my car in for 1 thing and it turned into 50 issues. I agreed to have them fixed at 9am and they said one of my struts snapped after closing time. Now, I have to uber back home with work at 5am. Great time it's been here.

Took in my vehicle to get one issue fixed and then received vehicle back with a problem that was not there before i took it in. Told them i wanted it fixed and they insisted if the problem wasn’t with something they fixed it wasn’t on them when clearly it was because it wasn’t giving me that problem until i took it in with them . DO NOT come to this place they’ll rip you off and say something is good when it’s actually bad . Save your money and go somewhere else

In person service is great however the website blows, I tried looking at the website to see an estimated price for tires I searched by tire size and pressed get the out the door price, when I did that I needed to put in my vehicle normally not an issue however A. Its not stock and B. They didnt even have it to add therefore I couldn't get a quote for the price.

Outside of tire repair I would not go here. I was a fleet account owner doing over $10k a year of business with them. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Two year relationship gone.

Came in just to swap my rims and tires with my stock rims and tires already mounted (I don't have a good jack) so I decided to stop by this tire shop to drop my truck off at 7:00am. Some Old guy up front just stood there when I went up to him I told him what I needed and he shrug his shoulders and said “don’t even ask how long it’s going to take”! Make sure you skip this tire shop! Go to Martin tire friendly kind and they charged $20 for the service

I had to wait 4 1/2 hours to change 2 tires. The shop was basically empty the entire time I was there. Please don’t go here unless you want to waste time.

Posted hours show store closes at 5pm, but we were turned away at 4:20. Man at the counter said he could not fix my flat tire because he had let everyone go home and no one there knew how to change a tire. He referred me to Walmart, go figure.

Bad communication between stores the make me go to other store and then on this one they did not scripted my car, I had to come back next day!!!! And they did not recognized bad communication bweten the manager of both stores, too bad actitud, you say is honesty a gad value but seems is not.
