Mauricio & Victor were amazing at helping me pick out mine and my husbands wedding rings! We’re a young couple, we don’t have much. We considered getting some Walmart rings, just for now & we would update them later, but after doing more research I found out that the gold plating on those rings fades off in 3-6 months!!! We are not planing to upgrade our rings for at least another few years, so we knew we needed something solid gold that would not tarnish. I found two that were just perfect for us. The payment for both of them is super manageable, less than $100. Thank you guys, again!!

Employees are always super friendly . Everyone is very efficient and helpful. They have lots of inventory and the store is very clean and nicely stocked. You’ll definitely find a great selection of anything and everything you could possibly think of.

Every time I’m trying to pawn something or selling , they offer ridiculous prices on the items, I think is time to send some inspectors to the pawn shops and lend some fair lending money on our articles, per example today I brought this 4 stamped concrete molds and they say they can lend me only 20 dlls for this molds that has a value of $1100, I really think is a ridiculous offer out of this reality specially after the pandemic when everything goes up , they need to do something about it. The name of the mold or number is brick form made in USA FM-3150 and is an almost new set.

We put a gun on layaway here & I've made early payments & more than the amount due. Came to pay it off early & before coming in I called. The Mauiro guy was already rude. Got here & kept telling my husband he wasn't allowed to ask questions because he didn't know the county. Then they told him he needed orders with a Texas license. None of the listed was disclosed when we put it on layaway. Now refusing to return my money or let us purchase the gun!

Manager thinks he has a Doctorate Degree, and feels he can label customers 'Bipolar'. There is no professionalism in this company. Sales Representatives are liars They also smirk, as the manager states this! I am a retired veteran. ... and I have given this company LOTS of business, throughout the years. Since they opened! This *******************, doesn't have the capital or the education to make such ignorant remarks, in front of his employees! .. I even called Corporate to file a formal complaint, but they just had this same clown call me back!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. This action has led me to consult with attorneys to see if a civil lawsuit is optional. ... He's LUCKY I don't really care about this statement, but I definitely think REAL corporate should be informed, and this guy FIRED for his adolescent behavior. ...all consideration appreciated. Thank you.

I have a nice brand new bike in the box I was going to sell because my son already has a bike but because I don't have the receipt she wouldn't accept it. Ive had the bike for over a year ?Not everybody is a thief absolutely ridiculous. Lady employee was very rude too looks like she hates her job. Go to EZ Pawn they take brand new items without needing a receipt !
