Great place ! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! They greet you as soon as you walk in! They were so busy but they kept reassuring me that I would be helped asap. Andrea is the best ! She was so helpful. I will definitely be back!

My experience here has always been the best! I've been a customer for 24 years and never had a problem. Customer service is great and friendly. The other locations are good, but first cash doniphan is the #1 for me. Andrea, Alberto, Nayeli, Veronica, Jayson, Miguel and Armando are awesome. Really recommend

The customer service here is absolutely awful. They make you feel like they're doing you a favor. The girl who helped us with our sell, she was so rude. This place needs work in their customer service. Will not be returning here again. I hope that the manager of that store sees this review.

The moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and helpful. They made the whole experience so easy and stress-free.
They have a great selection of items everything was clean, organized, and priced just right. I sold some items, and they gave me a very fair price. The process was quick and simple, with no hassle at all. Highly recommend to anyone looking for practically anything.

Miguel, Ale, Naye and Jayson all have been incredibly helpful with me, I have a dozen items in pawn, I rotate them as it's been a rough year and they've been taken care of greatly and my value per item is always better here than anywhere else I've been to. Definitely reccomend stopping by to see what they can do for you.

I love stopping at pawn shops especially since I drive all around El Paso in my line of work.
I'm giving this place a one-star because not one person greeted me as I entered, not once was I asked if I needed any help even after standing in front of the electric guitars for about 5 minutes.
One woman that seemed like the manager or supervisor completely ignored me as I passed by and tried to make eye contact hoping somebody would ask me if I needed to see an item because I was interested in a kick pedal.
There was a bunch of shelves on the floor in the middle of the aisle which someone can easily trip over. They had been there since the time I had gotten to the store to the time I left. All in all I was in the store for about 15 minutes.
I feel that someone could easily trip over that stuff as I almost did
They have great prices however could use some help in the customer service area.
