The manager Pamela D at Dyer location makes for a great experience professional courteous and a delight to be around also reasonable and negotiation as far as price and ponds and things like that I would recommend anybody who goes to this location to experience the customer service of this extraordinary individual great experience

I know it’s a pawnshop but God dam… No one acknowledged you when you walk in… Somehow they are to busy walking around acting busy.. Go to another pawn shop .. you waited 30 minutes just to leave

Only come here if you have a lot of time to waste because the workers won't care how long the line is and a simple 15 minute stop ends up taking a hour not to mention the workers have a bit of a attitude

Poor customer service not even busy and team was functioning badly manager left in a rush and as I was about to be helped with an item to BUY phone rang n waited a bit more but I guess talking is more important than doing business and she knew I was interested in buying. Oh well I will look elsewhere
