My husband got an Active Duty checking with them so we had a local bank and they said they pay service members 3 days early. It went well the first month and here we are on the 30th on a 3wk pay period, so it’s long enough, and didn’t get o pop air again. I looked back and it used to be available on the 28th, then it was on the 29th, then the 30th…. I guess this month it’s the 31st. Having it be a surprise twice a month on when the money will be in the account is getting out of hand. We’ve asked the bank and they play dumb. We’ve also had issues where we’ve needed to make disputes and not only have they never actually honored the dispute, they make us do it AT the bank instead of being able to do it online or over the phone which is the most inconvenient thing you can do for a service members who are rarely home. We’re switching back to Navy Fed and USAA because this ain’t it.

Music blasting in your ear while trying to talk to bank employee bc they have Mexican music on the speakers at the bank .... all these people are unprofessional and are just there to walk around in their heels and pretend to know what they r doing they need to close this bank

Dont never do business with this bank . They always got PD. There payment when SSI check arrived at there bank. Then I PD loan off early then put in for a loan then they denied me a loan no loyalty @ all. Beware of these crooks
