Would come to this bank a lot with no issues until today I met some lady named Jennifer who apparently was manager and was very stuck up rude and very sassy for no apparent reason as she denied me service since I didn’t have an id but was told it was not needed to the reason why they took a pic when I made the account very unprofessional would not recommend coming here!!!!!

Horrible service! Have been with them since before COVID, got hit with overdraft fees during a bad time in my life. They tell me they can’t help me. They would rather lose a customer than help them out with ONE overdraft fee that I tried to correct. I even showed them how I tried to receive money from Zelle, but they didn’t care. I wish them nothing but the worse!

No customer service. Hold time to speak with a representative over 2 hours. The bank with also not respect your say on YOUR account.

Avoid FNBT at all costs. Terribly inconvenienced because of these people who are clearly not trained on their own policies.
I’ve banked with them for years and I have no idea why. I received a cashiers check and went to get it deposited. They could not help me and cited no reason why the other bank would not clear the check.
I got a new check. Went back. They told me to deposit it through the mobile deposit. I go home, sign the check for mobile deposit, and open the app. When attempting to deposit the check, it tells me it exceeds their $5,000 limit.
Why would a banker tell me to do this? Now I am having to get a third copy of this check because they do not know their own rules and limits.

On Tuesday, October 5th, I went to deposit a check on my bank account. I told the attendant to deposit it all on my savings account. He decided to divide the check and place some money on the checking and savings account. Since there's a hold on the amounts deposited, now my checking account is in the negative. Bank is telling me I will be responsible for all non-sufficent amounts. Even though it was the bank tellers fault and deposited the check into the wrong accounts. This did not show up until one day later. I checked my accounts the night before and it showed all the money being deposited into the savings. The next day, half of that money went into the checking. So now because of their carelessness I'm told I will be responsible for all non-sufficient fees.

Manager makes it about making money to look good. I just took my business to the Walmart money center and saved 31 dollars over the bank fees. Walmart just charges like 4 bucks for a withdrawal fee compared to 35 from the bank.
