After explaining why I needed money switched a ($20) and that our bank has no branches in the city. The manager had major attitude with me and goes. This is the last time I’ll do any convenience for you. I didn’t think that was very nice especially after I explain the situation. Definitely will not be returning and they will never get my business even though they asked me to open an account with them.

So it was pretty easy getting this checking account. They weren't as complicated as other banks and there open 7 days a week!! The only issue I'm having is 14 days for two checks of 300 to clear. I would understand 5000 dollars....but Come-on. Other banks clear checks in 3 business days.

This bank is the worse. Frauds I swear. Why i say that? They never tell anyone about the fees that they charge. And I'm at a over -100 in my savings how does that work. So ya I wouldn't really recommend this bank to anyone once i pay im out of this bank. And at of times like this too to be doing it to us mothers that need our money right now for our children.?

Went in to withdraw from account. 3 teller's 2 customers (I'm 1of 2 customers). 1 teller is on a personal call upfront instead of attending customers. 2nd teller assisting customer 3rd teller was doing who knows what. Finally assist me. Seemed to be rushing me for who knows what reason. This location has more bad customer service than good. Depending on their mood. They have their music to loud like it's a bar vs a bank. Too loud that you can't hear or understand them, that the talk louder than others are hearing your business instead of turning down music. Its 1st Convenience Bank not Club Bank. This was yesterday's visit. 8/29/19

Valerie “branch supervisior†was super rude wouldent recommend coming in when shes there even thinking of closing my account with this bank mrs.Valerieâ€branch supervisior†wasent even kind enough to toss a paper away for me when i got there i asked her to cash and deposit my personal check something that is confidential and she just straigth deposit all of it and after rolled her eyes and gave more attitude when i asked her to withdrawll what she wasent supposed to deposit at first.
