This bank is awful I was told everything when I open account signed up and all and now I being told I have to wait 4months to overdraft and I'm in a emergency I can pay back but I'm now homeless because I was lied to they didn't tell me when I signed up that overdraft wouldn't be allowed until 4months with the account

If you encounter an issue with fraud this bank will not help you out. Cashing a good size check? Get ready to get 20$ for some reason instead of 100$ and 50$. Very poor customer service. I highly recommend looking for another bank to be with. I can not say this enough. Do not open an account with this bank.

If your getting your taxes as a couple don’t get them directed to this bank they make it to hard to get your money . It’s ridiculous honestly.

They accidentally charge me a $25 dollar fee for a replacement card and make me wait two days to issue a refund for their mistake. Very unprofessional

Hate the fact that they won't allow your account to OD. Post payments late, I order merchandise. Receive the merchandise 1/week or 2 later and still they don't post payment until after time has passed. Seems like they love charging those NSF. Switching banks. Horrible experience with their lack of communication.

Excellent customer service. The availability is incredible as they are open sundays!! About the charges if you dont keep your account requirements there is a small fee but a bank is a business so it's understandable that they need a profit from empty inactive accounts 10/10.

Stopped by this morning & got good customer service from the teller. Friendly & helped me with my transactions. She even verified my address which no other location does. The teller helped my with my expired debt card which was my own fault, not theirs. I failed to activate my new card once I received in mail. The teller issued me a temp card & told me a new one was on the way, but not to forget to activate once I receive. Teller went out of her way to activate temp card for me. I've had this account for 5 years and I never have issues or so called hidden fees. This bank offers a mobile app & I view my account daily and NEVER see any charges or hidden fees

For all you saying about hidden fees there is none. Pay attention when you open up an account and ask questions. Everything is clear from day one. Simple use your debit card at least 8 times a month to avoid a monthly charge. Understand your overdraft protection and make sure you have funds available for any transactions into account. There you go. Just gave you all u need to know

The tellers are very helpful. I've always met very friendly tellers and the hours are so convenient. This bank is even open on Sundays!
