Employees here are extremely rude, don’t greet when customers come in. I was here 8/11/24, one of the employees almost hit my nephew in the head with a ball as he was “picking up” things in the store (he was just throwing everything). Once it was my turn to check out, the other male employee who was scanning my things, was super rude as well. Once he was done scanning my items, he put them in a bag & tied a knot very aggressively to the point where the bag tore, then when he gave me my receipt, he crumbled it then gave it to me. I feel that there was no reason for them to be rude.

Terrible. All registers were closed except one. Two sales associates, and one was standing chatting while the other scanned every purchase (very slow) and was rating the store for every purchase as a 9. This is a scam and management should be aware that the scoring for this store is rigged and if they want better scores they SHOULD focus on customer service not cutting corners.

Went yesterday and they had an employee ring everyone up. I guess the lowlifes in EP have ruined self checkout for the rest of us.
