It was okay, the cashier hoovered over me making sure I'm not stealing kind of annoying especially since I only had a couple of items. There are better five and below locations in East side of El paso. This location doesn't have as much room as the far East. Something was off and uncomfortable about the store.

I recently visited Five Below and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service. The managers were incredibly friendly and approachable, making my shopping experience enjoyable. The store has a fun and vibrant atmosphere, and the staff genuinely seems to care about ensuring customers have a great experience.

The corporation should consider hiring more customer service oriented and knowledgeable front-end people. Thank goodness the managers do better than them. I'm sick and tired of people walking around with their head in a cloud most of the time; incapable of even providing good customer service.

They are so rude one of the employees said they had 10 min to close and I walked down an aisle and he followed me to tell me they had 8 min to close. He didn’t tell any of the other customers just me I felt embarrassed and stalked rushing me to leave when I was getting a few items I left my items and took off very angry and upset I hate this five and below
