I took my Subaru Outback to Ralph at 5 Star Collision after being quoted an exorbitant amount(insurance claim) at nearby larger auto body repair shop. This larger competitor added 3000K to the insurance adjuster's estimate for addt'l work they said would be required without even dismantling . They then informed me that once they did take the car apart and actually "saw" the interior damage the cost would likely be even higher! My beloved(albeit older) Subaru was in otherwise fine condition but was now declared a total loss. Enter 5 Star Colliision to the rescue! Ralph made arrangements for the car to be picked up , took it to his shop to be dismantled and provided a much more reasonable estimate to complete the work. He promised me he would and he did. He made it affordable for me to have the car repaired and keep it despite being declared a total loss. And, the work he, his son and crew did was absolutely beautiful! It looks brand new! I highly recommend 5 Star Collision! In addition to charging a much more fair and honest price to restore my Outback they also included a Lifetime Warranty on parts and labor and three year warranty on the paint! Ralph you're my El Paso auto body hero!

The paint for both of my vehicles was in very bad shape. They still had factory paint. Ralph and his team did a great job at stripping down my vehicles repainting them. My cars look brand new and I am 110% satisified!

1 star collision. Mitsubishi dealership sent my car to them to get painted and look at the mess. They can't even remove the plastic to paint it correctly. Now my black covers are painted white. Save your time go to Caliber Collision.
