It's been over a year and they wont let me cancel my membership. Don't get scammed by this 'business'. Ive tried to call countless times to cancel my membership and they will say you have to come in person..Then When you go, the door is locked and no one answers. and they just keep charging my card. super sketchy place. steer clear.

Been a member since 8/2022. Every month been overcharged monthly fees. Tried to dispute this with Carlos. Does not answer to emails, texts messages, and his employee (Chris) is no help. Poor customer service.

Horrible place they lie to you and say you can cancel whenever even if on a contract for a 40$ cancel fee, then the owner says yes through text we can cancel then he changes his mind and says no that it my problem that they lied to me and nothing I can do now , the equipment is falling apartment and they are scammers do not workout or sign up here

Avoid this gym, multiple annual fees, owner is zero help. Much better gyms available for the price with much better customer service.

BEST GYM in EP! It is a great enviroment, tons of machines and free weights, a feeling of family going to the gym. Love the access 24/7 and love working out here!

I got in the best shape ever with the help of Carlos! His training gave me amazing results! Very clean and organized gym. The best thing is I could work out anytime 24/7 !

Overall not a pleasant gym experience. Many hidden fees as well as FAULTY equipment. Seriously someone can get hurt. Also pretty dingy inside. I haven’t seen any upgrades since I joined. At least take the machines that aren’t usable out so no one gets hurt!

I have been going to this gym for years. Gym is 24/7 and you access it with your own pin. Feels like home. They have various contracts including day and week passes. Easy to get to, right near I-10.No group classes, showers or childcare. Strictly weights and cross training, which I personally prefer. 3 squat racks, 3 restrooms, cables, tons of machines (pin and plate/loaded), juice bar which also sells pre-workouts and protein, free weights with plenty of benches, bar jack, bumpers and steel plates, bands, med balls, kettlebells, pre-loaded plates, stairclimbers, ellipticals, treadmills, heavy bag and so much more.

How is it possible to have a 17 year old sign a contract without any parental consent? I do not negate the use of the facilities….but when your establishment does not regard age with ‘contracts’ and it’s ‘only business’ dynamic then I would warn of this establishment!
