The order was placed with Bianca, who was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. The ordering process was fast and easy; and as an option, text messaging was used to complete and confirm the purchase. Bianca was also kind enough to text a photo of the floral arrangement that would be delivered to my niece. It was beautiful!

Same day delivery is a huge plus for those who are like me and just want to randomly get flowers for your significant other.Side note: I had originally asked for them to be delivered to my gf’s house, but no one was home. They called her (without spoiling the surprise) and gladly took the flowers to her office at no extra charge and with no hesitation. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.”

From late/no deliveries to the flowers not looking like what I ordered online to straight up being lied to. I decided to give Roel flowers a chance and I stopped in yesterday 10/17/24 to order flowers for my girls birthday. They had beautiful bouquets ready to go and offered delivery free of charge! They said they would deliver by 11:30 am the following day to her work and they actually got there an hour early. I know I will be using them from now on. “Wonderful florist flowers for my older mother in law. I live far away from El Paso and the lady that handled my call was very helpful. I ordered a hydrangeas bouquet they made suggestions and added irises to make it more colorful. They have an attention and caring attitude and caring attitude since it was for an older lady. needless to say they had the order out in two hours and called me to confirm the order was hand delivered to my mother in law. My mother in law called me and said the flowers were stunning and the delivery girl very friendly. The florist are great, I am thankful for their patience and caring attitude, since my mother in law is hard of hearing, and the delivery person waited and waited until the door was opened.”
