If I could I wouldn't give it a single star.
Terrible service!!! They have only 2 boxes open, with very slow elderly people, and at the self-checkout box they don't want us to pay with more than 15 items. They charge 10% VAT plus the added tax, I think they should hire more staff!!!
Terrible, I WILL NOT GO AGAIN!!!

In the El Paso area this is my favorite place to grocery shop. There are signs as you come if that introduces you to Food King math basically add 10% to each item... I feel prices are still fair, certainly a better value than most of your other options. The staff was friendly too.

DO NOT BUY YOUR STRAWBERRIES, BLUEBERRIES, BLACKBERRIES AND RASPBERRIES HERE. THEY ARE DISGUSTING, MOLDY, EXTREMELY SLIMEY AND SOFT/BRUISED. BLACK AND WHITE STUFF ON IT. DONT BUY FOOD PRODUCTS AT FOOD KING. THEY DO NOT CARE AND WHEN I SPOKE TO HEADQUARTERS SHE GAVE AN ATTITUDE. TOLD ME TO JIST GO AND GET NEW ONES. YES. I COULD HAVE DONE THAT BUT THE PROBLEM WILL HAPPEN. DONT SHOP HERE FORMEATS, VEGGIES OR FRUITS UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOURTIME, MONEY, GET SICK OR WORSE.. THERE DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS. EVERYTIME I GO CASHIER TAKES A CALL RIGHT BEFORE I COULD SAY HELLO. SO RUDE. IF YOUR EMPLOYESS RATHER BE ON THEIR PHONE. THEY NEED TO LEAVE AND THAT IS RUDE WHEN A GUEST COMES TO BUY AND IS TOLD HOLD ON JUST ST FOR THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE THE RESTROOMS ARE SO HORRIBLE. AS IF THEY DONT XARE OR TAKE PRIDE. HORRIBLE PLACE.

The employees will assault you and falsely accuse you of stealing food on your way out of the store , and the worst part is that management or corporate will not do anything about it or even bother returning your phone calls.

Worst and really dirty store what you can found in El Paso, you should see they meet and frozen food refrigerators!!! And when you go to check out they constantly overcharge you!!! Managers hopeless too! Customer service horrible!!

I love this place but it’s frustrating that they only put 1 sometimes 2 cashiers and is you go to their self checkout a rude big lady told us to leave and i said where when theres only 2 cashiers? She kept saying go. Rude!
