Just step out Forever21, my experience was more than great, I ordered a jacket online to pick up at this store, the jacket was a little bit smaller than expected but Jorge went all and beyond to help me get the right size he even brought it from the back of the store. Thank you so much Jorge you made my shopping trip easygoing with your help!

Horrible customer service. They close 15-20 min earlier and start denying service. This is not acceptable retail customer service. So make sure you show up extra early so you don’t get turned away. If you choose to work retail, then you acknowledge that you will not always close exactly at “closing time”.In reading the reviews, clearly this is their standard practice!!

Not returns or exchange are allowed without original receipt even if tags are in place and purchase with debit card. They said because of covid ? they don't even wear a face mask anymore.... I look for my receipt on my purse and all the receipts from that date are in there except the forever 21 . Make sure they give you the receipt when purchase I think they didn't even gave me the receipt and I was thinking it was on the bag with the clothes ??♀️ never again ✍✍✍

My order online got “lost” pr basically was like it never existed but yet they took my money??? I’ve called twice to costumer service and they haven’t sent me any emails to let me know what would happen. It’s been 2 months. Forever 21 you have to give me my moneyyyyyyy

Came in here twice in one day. First I went inside just as it opened and the second time was when it was a little more crowded. In the morning, everything was clean and organized. Later in the day I could see that were some messiness to it all. There were a lot of people and not many seemed to know how to put things back to where they found it. I was delighted to see a buy one get one free for all item already marked down. So basically I got something for free and something double discounted! The store is quite smaller than what I am used to for a forever 21. There's only one floor. So one round to see everything just takes a small part of your day Overall, not bad. But not the best. 3/5

Yesterday I went to this store and decided to check a surrounding store because after asking an associate she told me they'd probably sold out of the item I was looking for. This store states they close at 8 pm. I walked back in at 7:48 knowing what I was going for, what my purchase would be and how I'd be out before 7:55 as soon as I am walking in someone yells across the store to the entrance sorry we are closed. I advise them what their store hours clearly state. I've worked in retail and customer service for years and this is unprofessional. I could have been a secret shopper and they would have failed that visit.
