I love the models that this Builder has done. When I come back in 4 years I might have them built my house as soon as I find a lot to put it on

Would give a zero they use deceptive tactics they do not care about their customers

2 years later and our 30 day and 1 year list have not been worked on. Yet they have new construction homes and lots. The representative was nice at first and then had an attitude when I pointed things out at closing. I was told to add them to my 30 day list with him knowing there would be no 30 day repairs.
