Very helpful staff, I had to pop in and out 3-4 times waiting for my wife to find out what to buy for a friend. Free engraving with purchase that only takes 5 minutes or so with the consult and everything.

The female customer service representative was rude. I already picked up a purse, she just took from my hand, and ignored my request, kept wanting to refer me for something I truly don't want. Worst experience ever!

Went to get the battery of a watch replaced. They broke the watch. The back piece rotates, the face would be scratched to hell if there wasn't a face protector and the watch no longer even ticks.Their solution was to give 50% off a new watch.The woman who helped was Connie.
