The worst and most fraudulent insurance company in El Paso, I don't understand why they allow them to issue insurance policies and why people hire this insurance. To fix it, when you say who you are, they refuse to give you service for the estimate that they do to put used parts on you. You have to rent the car and they reimburse you but they give you 175 for a week. I've been there for two weeks and they send the car to be taken away. for inspection and it's still there I imagine I'm going to have to pay a tow truck to take it to the body shop

They increase the premium every six months one time they did it twice within two months.

The price for insurance is great, however, the customer service is below standards. Don't recommend unless you wanna get harassed about a payment. Clearly autopay is not an option. I have it setup and it never goes through, they just blame it on your bank. Will be taking my services elsewhere

TERRIBLE COMPANY! Absolutely horrific service. I’ve been trying to resolve a claim for my car being hit by one of their customers for over a month! You can never reach them by phone and when u do they always promise a call back by the end of the day and never do. How does an insurance company, or any company for that matter, function like that??? The claims agent assigned to me never answers or calls back. I call the main number they transfer me to claims. My claims agent is never there. My claim has no notes so no one else can work on it. They try to reach the team lead, they’re never there either. Try to reach the manager and guess what? They’re never available either! This is insane. Truly an embarrassment and shame in terms of customer service. Would give zero stars if I could, they’re not even worth the one.

Very bad service,rude nasty try to pay my insurance with my debit card ,they refused to take it they claim I will pay double ,then they like to talk about you behind your back and laugh at you,and they make threats to cancel my insurance, they want to push you away from them like they don't want your business,or appreciate you as a customer! Stay away from this company not worth the aggravation you receive from them, no no respect for senior citizens at all or the disabled!....
