Idk why I continue to contact other Fred Loya locations. Maybe because they are near my zip code (79904) but never again. I’m sticking to the Lee Trevino location. They have always been so helpful & friendly. Thank you Linette!

This company is not only unethical they’re a down right embarrassment to society. I wouldn’t wish that my worst enemies would have to deal with this incompetent excuse for a business. I’ve had a claim open for over 8 months now, I’ve spent over 40 hours on the phone constantly calling with little to no information being provided. Dead end numbers are constantly referenced. Just WOW, it’s amazing this place exists. Your better off uninsured. Don’t waste your time.

Terrible insurance company. I tried to file a claim and they kept saying a claims representative would call me back and I never got a call back. I decided to cancel.my policy but they took the money from my account before the due date. They sent my refund check to the incorrect address. Multiple calls and weeks later, they finally tell me I need to go into an office to void the check. Another week later, they still haven't sent another check. I wonder if I will ever even get my refund. I don't recommend doing business with them because they do not care about you as a costumer at all.

I don't even have this insurance but I can see why it has so many bad reviews . I do have a claim with them because the other party involved has it . And let me just say it's ridiculous. I've been waiting and my claim is pending because they're insurer claims she was driving when it was clearly a male she's obviously covering up for someone and now I have to wait because they "have to confirm " who the driver is . So now it's a waiting game which is a bit ridiculous because she already admitted her car hit mines and to top it off it was a hit and run ! I can't even wash my car cause she rear ended me so hard and popped my trunk up . And it's been over two weeks ! Also whoever appraised my car listed my car as fair condition literally just took my car off the lot two weeks prior to the altercation! Loooking for the cheap way out I can see .

Horrible all around experience after their insured drive rear ended me and I had to visit their location due to the following:No accountability.No communication.No response to any sort of correspondence.No sense of urgency.My loss of use has not been recovered as they provided no rental or monetary compensation while my vehicle was being repaired.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Wednesday morning 5/24/23 I had one of there insured drive into my driveway and take out both of my cars. It's been nothing but an absolute hassle since. I make it to the point of picking a body shop and the body shop say no way we are dealing with them (Fred Loya). So I call another basically get the same story. It's 5/26/23 now and I still have both cars inoperable in front of my house 1 on the lawn and have no rental. This company is an absolute joke! I will be going to the Oklahoma Insurance Department about these clowns! They shouldn't be offering insurance to anyone!

At one time they were great, but that has changed. Since the business has grown, so have their heads. They are rude, and don't care. I cancel my policy, they still charged my account ant now I have to wait 7 days to get my money back. When I had a claim, they took forever and you have to take your vehicle to one of therapy approved shops so they give tou an estimate less than it should be. Beware of Fred Loya Insurance.

I have been trying to contact my claims adjuster for some time now. All they can do is put in a 24 hour wait list for him to call me back. He finally calls me and I missed the call by 5 minutes. This is extremely frustrating. I have no update on my car. I keep being told contradicting information. Their answer is always only your claims adjuster can tell you. My family and I have been customers for over 15 years we are seriously considering leaving the company. This has been happening since February!!! Do not do business with them!

I emailed Loya again this morning Here's what I stated:Hello Loya, As of today, March 27th, your company still has not provided me with a Market Valuation Report for determining the Total Loss of my 2021 Hyundai Sonata VIN #5NPEG4JA9MH103488.I have requested this required document over and over again in order that I may file a GAP Claim. I am also reporting this failure to disclose this document to the Illinois Department of Insurance Consumer Services Section 320 West Washington Street Springfield, IL 62767Phone # 217-782-7446as well as the fact that you stated that I may retain my total loss vehicle which is in violation of Illinois Vehicle Code which does not permit me the right to retain my salvage automobile once it has been deemed a total loss. You, my insurance company must take possession of this vehicle because it's not 8 model years old and you must pay my lein holder, Hyundai Finance the full Actual Cash Value, including taxes & fees minus my deductible, which you have failed to due so.Sincerely,Rashaun Pledger

Worst Insurance company ever. Please don't make the same mistake many others have. This company will try t not pay for anything, and make up the rules as they go to deny payments. Read the reviews you can see consistently the same complaint. I'm sure the good reviews are from the company themselves. Wish I Read beforehand. Going cheap on Insurance is not a good idea. This company only collects money and does not back up their customers in their time of need.
