I can say with full confidence that the manager here is one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL and immature people I have ever interacted with. As a former manager, I have never had an employee act so embarrassingly.
I’ve met children with more emotional maturity.
Not only was I overcharged but I had my receipt tossed at me, and she literally threw a bag of beef jerky. Literally threw it in anger. Because I didn’t want it after discovering it was $10.
I will never be setting foot in this store again even if it’s the last place that had gas in El Paso.
Completely unacceptable.

I have to give it 2 stars because it's literally a bit€h to get into this place, off the freeway access road OR from Viscount coming under the bridge. It's VERY dangerous to pull in, on this little busy corner, if the other drivers aren't paying attention to where you're getting ready to pull into.And quite swiftly. Other than the awkward positioning of this building off the road, you can get $1.00 OFF EACH GALLON OF GAS (reg. $3.289) for your 1st AND 2nd visit when you download the CHEVRON APP. Read the instructions thoroughly before attempting to fuel up for the first fill. Pre arranging your fuel up AT THE PUMP is SOOooo GREAT!!! SO QUICK!! FOR THAT I GIVE 6 STARS *******

Can't help gas prices much, but these pumps need to be serviced BADLY A.S.A.P!!! I should be able to squeeze the pump n have gas flow normally not have it click n go off n then I have to hold it at a certain pressure in order to get it to flow right. Pump #7 specifically. Pump #4 doesn't take card so you gotta go inside. This service station needs servicing frfr!!

RUDE lady that was here attending the front desk and drive thru on Thursday August 17th 2023 at 12:30 pm NEEDS TO GET FIRED!Supervisor, please look into this employee as she was rude, appeared to be drunk and is in her late 50’s. This lady was rude, mad, seem to bothered by everyone and talked to us very ugly. I want to file an official complaint.There is another man that attends this store and he is such a nice person, very respectful and polite. I don’t recall his name but he offers excellent customer service.

Very convenient store, however their gas prices are always ($0.50 cents) more than the other Chevrons around the city! RIP OFFS!!! For good gas prices, I highly recommend the Chevron on Val Verde and Paisano, not this location!
