This place is the worst. Aside from the fact that they had their employees working without any lights, which is against OSHA regulations for this job setting, the compensation is insultingly low. There’s no proper communication amongst management members nor their employees. 100% would not recommend working FOR or WITH this company.

Forget about exchanges. They don't do exchanges. They process it as a return, deducting the return shipping charge from the credit(which takes 10 weeks). Then they will make a new purchase without using either the original promo code or the currant promo code or the promo code included on the exchange form filled in the blank for "Promo Code". If the item is on sale, they will still charge full price, plus new shipping charges. Never again.

I work for this scam of a company they do not care about their customers and lie to them constantly as well as their employees. They promise raises then never actually give it. Force us to lie to customers acting like we give free shipping when really we scam customers into a membership that they have to pay for monthly. They train us to get the customers off the phone as soon as possible without resolving their issues and they doc pay from their employees for having equipment issues. Do not work or do business with this company!!!!!!!

Bait and switch exchange policy. They say you can exchange anything for free but this is a lie. You return your item, they refund the purchase price and then rebill you the non sale price for the replacement item. So shady! I disputed an item on my credit card because of this. My credit card declined it, saying I have to pay for it. Then I received a letter from the credit card company stating the merchant agreed to just credit the item and forget about it. Then the collections bills and calls started. I'm pretty sure they could be subject to a class action lawsuit for their practices

Woman Within practices "bait and swritch" type practices. In December, 2021, I received my order but no packing slip was inside. I called them and requested a copy because it must be submitted in order to receive the reimbursement check for the Shipping Charges and 10% back on purchases through their Rewards Program, for which I paid to belong. [I did cancel my membership at the end of January 2022, as I wouldn't be ordering anything and did not want to pay the monthly fee to belong to the Program.] The copy arrived in January and I sent it in. By early Spring, I'd still not received a check. I called and was told they never received it. They instructed me to resubmit it. I did. I waited and still no check arrived. I called, again, and was told that there were no dates on THEIR copy! And that they "threw it out". There clearly were dates on their copy. For the third time, I was instructed to resubmit the paperwork. I asked to speak to a Supervisor. I was then told my case would be sent to the Escalation Department for review. She also said that I should get a credit issued to me. I objected and insisted that I receive a Refund Check, as I'd always received when I ordered from them. She told me that I would get a call in 2-3 business days. They never called me. Instead, they sent me an email which stated that they issued me a store credit! I clearly stated that I wanted the Refund Check, which was what I'd always been sent in the past and it was the policy when I joined. I was not advised that it was changed or I'd not have joined the Program.They owe me a check for the full amount, NOT a store credit. Attempting to change their policy, after the fact, in a Reward Program for which I joined and paid a membership fee, is not how a reputable company operates or treats customers, not to mention that I've been having to deal with this issue for six [6] months, trying to get the money that I was owed! It is completely unacceptable.As a long time customer [15+ years] I am deeply disappointed in them. I will no longer shop with them, nor will I recommend them to others.

The company that only cares about making money and doesn't care about their customers. I've seen it with my own eyes. I had worked there before and trust me they don't give a s*** about their customers. Only sell sell sell, sell addons, sell gift cards, sell a 20% customers choice, sell the credit cards, sell members rewards program. Pour customers want to buy what they want and that's it. Associate's are obligated to sell you everything. It's a shame that still are thousands of people still shopping there and getting incorrect orders, not getting packages on time, charging way to much for shipping and on top having to pay for returns If you want to fight to the cause; call and order and tell the representative that you don't want any offers at all. And if you want to ask only for 1 item and get everything else with an additional discount and don't take any offers for the rewards membership. It's all a scam to get more money if you. The supervisor or manager hangs up on purpose and pretends to not hear me sounds like the guy is high also they do find ways to scam over around the business some people can’t read in small fine print this company is a joke my friends work here too never order back order items they make you wait like 3-12monthe for a freaking shirt and their products come from China who support Russia can you believe this?!

I bought a pair of New Balance shoes and wanted "free" shipping since the shipping cost $26 (seems overprices). To get "free" shipping, I had to sign up for something that would charge me about $15 a month according to the the fine print that most people wouldn't notice. This is UNETHICAL!! I tried to cancel my order and like others could not cancel it. One more thing. The package arrived sealed but the box was damaged and had been taped together which means it was done by King Size [Rip Off]. At least the shoes fit and weren't worn or damaged. King Size [Rip Off] keep the $26. Lesson learned. I learned not to trust you and will never do business with you again.

They don’t even deserve a one star, do not work or order from here. HR is very unpleasant and do not like to work with you about any problems. The pay is very very low, you get bad pay just to work for a bad company. Do not recommend, not one bit.

Supposedly my order shipped, it just has not arrived on time. "Customer service" via chat says I have to wait two more days before it can even be researched. Then I either get my order refunded or they try to send it again. UNACCEPTABLE! Meanwhile, my order from Lane Bryant was placed, shipped and received.....for FREE. Once again Full Beauty brands is a disappointment. I am making sure to post my experiences on every platform possible since the last time I had a question (a MONTH ago) I still have yet to receive a response. Instead I got the same BS as here that response times are bad etc etc etc...except your competitors don't seem to have that problem do they? All I got was a free shipping coupon that did not work and another excuse for poor customer service
