Approximately 30 days ago, I went to Denver Mattress to purchase a bed for my elderly parents. Because of my mother’s condition, I returned to Denver Mattress to see if there was anything they could do to help me. I had to return the mattress and base that we had purchased to accommodate my mom. I met Mikayla Dolan who was an absolute God send. Mikayla went above and beyond and was able to take back the mattress and base and ensure that I was able to get a bed that both my parents could use. To top it off, she was able to get the bed delivered to us 2 weeks before the original delivery date!!! A true representation of excellent customer service!!! No doubt that I will recommend Mikayla and Denver Mattress to my friends and family!!! Thank you so much Mikayla and Denver Mattress!!!

We had a great experience here! Jacqueline was super helpful without being pushy or intrusive. She did an excellent job showing us mattresses she thought we might like, and showed us fancy bases we didn’t even know existed and we ended up getting one because we liked it so much. Great selection of mattresses and accessories, and really good Black Friday deals right now!
